Okay, well maybe not *gem* for hit; however, I would imagine that if our top % damage comes from white hits, we'd want our hit to be as close to cap as possible. I just think that 2% under hit cap is a wee bit too much. How big of a difference would it be to replace
[Pendulum of Infinity] with
[Seed of Budding Carnage]?
P.S. If you would so kind to link the posts that including FBN's opinion on not capping hit, that would be great.
