can anyone link spreadsheet for Armor penetration, from which amount Arp become better stats then Agi? Cant find it here,
tried to go through this and combat ratings topic without any luck.
Or its necessery to use some program like FBN/rawr? Is it right that i can stack Arp to infinity and its still better then agi?

For a similar reason at about 230 ArPen Shred idol becames better than RIP idol.
As of late, I am farming the old fasioned way...by farming strath. Sure, it seems ridiculous, but the way that the market on my server is ATM, not much of a choice. The ore market in particular is still way too low for me to even attempt to get back in to make anything decent. Thorium on the other hand has gone through the roof, going as high as 60g a stack. Strath still pays out 90-100g from trash mobs and BoP vendoring, so meh, it works for now.
I am a long time reader. Currently i am specced into blood, actually, i always have been. I find myself capping DPS as follows 5 mans 2.2k, 10 mans 2.6k and 25 mans 3.3k. This is overall dps and not at all boss dps. Depending on how movement oriented the fight is, i can get anywhere from 2.5k to 4k.
I am currently using the incite arms build. I find that this gives me better aoe damage due to the better crit chance on thunder clap, cleave and HS. Also as far as movement gimping your dps as an arms warrior, with the combination of juggernaut and having the incite build(making HS more viable than before) I am able to pull very nice DPS in most sitautions. So if you think you are losing dps when moving b/c you cant get a slam off try to throw a HS in there and then follow up with the "normal" arms rotation/priorty. I am hoping to finally get the BoH in our farm run in Naxx this week so I can see if it does better compared to Crpytfiends Bite. Anyone else using the incite build?
My Gear is pre-Ulduar, 4xT7.5 + Turning Tide, maxxed on Hit. Glyphs are LT, Conflag and Incin.
I'm not that great at switching pet targets, so I'm trying to minimize the pet (imp) while trying to maximize personal damage output. Forget about Affliction - I seem to suck at that spec too
Even so, the rotation for this spec (like the blueprint 0/40/31) isn't all that easy. LT, Incin, Corr, CoA, Immo, Incin Spam, and at <35%, switch to Soul Fires. Right?
Am I losing DPS by making the wrong opening moves on trash? I generally Immolate, then Incin Spam until dead. I usually don't bother with Corr/CoA on trash because they don't last long.
I have trouble keeping my overall dps (trash and Bosses) above 3k in Ulduar. Is this unusual? I hear about 4-6k dps and I think, omg, I must suck, because I'm trying really hard and can't seem to get anywhere.
I see theorycraft numbers for all lock specs from 6.2-6.7k, and I realize this would be "perfect" performance, standing still, etc. But it's humbling to see such low average numbers. I'm desparate for tips. The only classes I can beat regularly on damage meters are Prot Warriors. thanks!
- Make sure you use conflag.
- Move 2 pts from backlash into demonic tactics (2% increase vs 4% for you AND your pet).
- Alot of trash you can use AoE.
- Immolate -> Conflag -> Inc spam if you dont have time for dots to run their course.
Other that it really comes down to playing efficiently by keeping your dots up and cooldowns on cooldown.
One thing to keep in mind is simcraft is simulation a 25 man, stand still raid with optimal group composition / buffs. So if you are in a 10 man, melee friendly group in a heavy movement fight, your numbers will be dramatically different.
I got a quick question, I've been searching but couldn't find it, but why still put WP in the MH instead of IP?
If its PPM then they should proc the same and IP does more dmg, just wondering. (for Combat)
On the Kologarn fight (25 man) how are people dealing with the Overhead smash or whatever it is?
Does it only hit people standing directly in front of him? We keep finding our melee getting KOed by big smashes and its making the encounter hell. Are we missing something?
You need to make sure your tanks are the closest to him, and also be sure to watch out for OBLIVION
