Hi guys,
First time poster here, however I do read everything that is posted in this thread (usually) when I have time at work. I've been quite busy lately so I haven't had a chance to go through the whole thread - so please forgive me if the question I'm about to ask has been previously answered.
Is being expertise capped (or very close to) worth breaking t7 4pc bonus? I recently received
Chestguard of the Recluse from a 25 maly pug (my guild doesn't do any of the "old raids" anymore now that we are focused on progressing through Ulduar). Now Rawr says that it's currently my best chest that I can get with my current gear
Armory Link. It takes me to 0.25% off the expertise cap and I am hit capped. Now I was just wondering how accurate is that? I have done some very little inaccurate testing - ran Naxx 25 after I got it but that was a pug and I haven't run that in a while so although I was topping meters on every fight, I haven't done naxx since 3.1 came out so unsure of what figures I should be getting.
If anyone could please inform me of whether or not its worth using
Chestguard of the Recluse over my t7 4pc set bonus WITH my current stats, I would be much obliged.

EDIT:
I know that it should be pretty straight forward as pre-3.1 Judgment was our highest damaging ability so the 4pc set bonus was a must if we were to push ourselves to the limit (in most cases), however now that they have nerfed Judgment and Buffed seals, one would think that more seals hitting > 1 sec cd on Judgements (which isn't even in my top 3 damaging abilities on recount) - I'm just not convinced that the extra amount of seals that would be hitting outweighs the damage from getting more judgments in per minute

.
(For those of you that might directly view my stats through Rawr)
Thanks for your troubles.
If it's any help,
