So basically the actuall bonus immolate gives to incinerate is 25 percent of incinerates base damage..With the new fire and brimstone it will be 55 percent of incinerates base damage..So the new bonus immolate gives to incinerate with emberstorm and fire and brimstone is 367 to 427..This is without a glyph of incinerate..Anyone want to do the math and see if incinerate now hits harder than chaos bolt which will make chaos bolt a waste of a talent point?Im far too lazy =p

I'm a fan of the 0/13/58 SS build. It's proven to be successful.

This type of a post belongs on the wow forums, you need to read the entire thread (mostly the OP) and find out which spec would work best with the gear you currently have available.

The three Unholy builds being discussed here are very different, some value haste highly, others don't want much at all. You need to do some research and find your own answers based on the information in the thread. The fine folks who do the bulk of the work in this thread shouldn't have to answer your questions simply because you don't want to work for yourself.

We don't hold your hand here, sorry.

Supericy, thx for the suggestion. I tried a couple diff gem replacements to see how things stacked up. Since a couple of the bonuses are either AP or go to AP through talents, the best combo I could get was maybe 4 of the gems replaced for a net dps gain of 4.58 with a loss of .26crit and ~500 less HP. Decent, so I'll take that under advisement.

Any thoughts on the talent question I posed? Has anyone else done any experimentation with pet dps loss due to dodged attacks due to less than optimal expertise?

EDIT: I don't see an efficient way to get down to Invig without taking 2/2 AH. Taking pts away from anything else winds up losing more than it's worth. Thx anyway, All.

Not using UB or GF atm as GF is hard to work into a SS spam rotation ( however, I may work it in with Blood Taps )

Overall I enjoy the play style and it seems to scale very nicely as this build pushes out more white dmg than 2hand unholy ( from what I have seen from our 12/0/59 DK )

Edit: No Light Bomb dmg. I had one gravity bomb on me and I helped with aoe at one point (DND dmg)

all of the 3 specs are similar and is more a choice of playstyle and preference imo, slight difference in gearing aswell.

consumables: elixir of mighty strength, no potions or food buff

didn't really have to move around at all on this one, basically sat my happy arse down and deeps'd away. did smudge up rotation a few times as i'm still not used to 2h frost, i might swap virulence for death rune mastery for ease of rotations

Anyone played around with the combat spreadsheet to see what kind of gear gives the highest possible dps?
If anyone has done this, i would appreciate if you could send it to me or mayby link it somewhere, would be appreciated thanks.
