Today I finally dropped Silent Crusader and Hailstorm for Calamity's Grasp and Golem Shard sticker. However I haven't had much luck at getting a good hit trinket like Grim Toll to drop; so I now have 166 hit only.

I just equipped them, so hopefully it drops down by the time ya'll see it. I used to have 228 hit before. Anyways I know that a rogue should always have at least 200 hit rating for raiding at least. Should I then be switching out a couple of my agi gems for hit ones until I can get items with more hit or ?

I just came back to the game recently after quitting just prior to 3.1, so if I'm missing something here that has changed recently that might be why I haven't seen it.

First off all I want to say hello fellow warlocks, and I hear something about 8k dps with a warlock
in tank and spank fights (Patchwerk & Loatheb) I get max. 6k after the whole fight is done, I know
my gear isn't optimal(full ulduar) but I think 8k will be hard to get... But I see you use a other dps meter, I think
the screenshots show skada. And I use recount, I've read some more articles about the difference in
DPS displaying. What dps meter can I use best ? and is the difference that big of deal ?

Has there been any research providing a basic haste cap to aim for? With the introduction of this new BiS totem and my already almost 500 base haste rating, I'm wondering if Potion of Wild Magic would be more beneficial to use during Bloodlust, rather than a Potion of Speed?

I also have the same question. Currently I am using BoH (Berserking) as my MH and EoR (Massacre) as my OH. Tried to switch them and though I could see the change in the range of damage in my stat sheet, I dont feel any difference when I applie them in combat.

Also with the t8 gears for fury dps, is worth to exchange the crit stat of my gears for arm pen? I noticed that the t8 has lower crit stat and nothing on the hit rate, but arm pen is emphasized.

Recently upgraded with the triumph badge ring and thinking about shoulders of some kind next .

you have a great forum and i try read up a few times aweek , but after 3.2 im a little lost in how to optimce my lock

Note: Doing it this will, the Regem button will use blue and/or green gems for sockets. Don't be alarmed, but do double check that a cardinal ruby won't be a better choice in that blue socket over the purple/green gem. Boots of Living Scale is a great example. For my personal setup, going with 20arp+20agi is better than 20arp+10agi/15stam+12ap bonus by ~7dps. Double check any purple/green gems that the sheet puts in your gear.

I have a little question: Is the ArPen Cap considered correctly because I see a DPS increase when equipping MR/GT in comparison to MR/DMC:G or MR/Blood of the old God.

I do have very little ArPen so it could be that a double proc is worth but I just wanted to make sure.

Hit rating doesn't play a role in the percentage in which you crit from the one-roll system, but it does allow you more opportunities to crit.

For instance, if you land 1000 hits and 30% of them crit, you crit roughly 300 times. If you land 100 hits and 30% of them crit, you crit roughly 30 times. RNG plays a role here obviously, but hit rating still does contribute to increased FA procs.

i'm doing 3v3 with lock and rogue as resto
lock is currently destro and sometimes it's rly nice but sometimes it rly sucks
so i wonder if it's better for him to reroll affliction or he shouldn't ...

Hi i have 80 lvl hunter on Kazzak. Nick: Zaphyre / spec: MM
I can say i am good geared but my dps is so low :S
In naxx25 i do only 3,7k dps, and i am looking everywere for a good rotation.
I tried every rotation that is written but my DPS is still low and i dont know what to do!
Can anyone of u help me and tell me some good advises and which talents and glyphs should i use! Help!

Hey, I need help, not raiding a lot with my rogue so can't give a lot of data, but dps I do seems drastically low. In naxx pugs it's like 4-4,5k dps with stats: 3843AP, 321hit, 433haste(13,21%), 36,51% crit, arpen 125(10,15%) expertise is just 22 atm but data is from before i got t8,5hat so can assume i'm exp capped. Build is combat and weaps are Calamity's Grasp (berserking) and Murder (mongoose). On boss target dummy I had like 3,2k dps max with just poisons on. As for rotation I maintain snd and rupture, worse with sticking eviscerates inbetweeen. Can anyone tell me what kind of dps I should be doing with my current gear? +give some tips or something.

proc won't always go off but I still get pretty good results and from my experience it procs maybe 4 out of 5 rotations.

My question is whether using this spec and set of glyphs

could put out enough runic power 2 justify dps in unholy presence and if it cant would it be able 2 if we went back 2 the 4set t7

also i was wondering how much being an orc would effect those numbers

this would be using BT once a min for 1 GF and then just a IT GF the other time; not sure though maybe the IT is needed 2 keep pumping runic power

this has all been discussed at different points in the forum just never all at once lol
