With all the new changes and whatnot, what are the New BIS for feral cat then? I am trying to figure out what I should be going for.

I think a spec like this has been talked about before in older posts if you go back i think you will find it. I will look for it if i have time.

Icy Talons doesn't stack with a totem that enhancement shamans bring. Also your build is missing ghoul..? So no, that spec doesn't seem any good.

That's true, thanks. I did spec into it yesterday and did some practice dummy tests, and I hardly get any procs at all.

On a bigger picture, I realized that "relative stat value" differs heavily depending on what gear you have. It is normally considered that haste > crit for TTW, but that is based on an assumption of close-to-BIS gear set. For me, crit is still > haste, and also mp5 seems to be a huge problem - Rawr thinks I'll get starved even in a raid-buffed environment.

I would strongly suggest avoiding mp5 even if you're mana starved. Intellect and spirit will serve you better. Intellect is a better mana regeneration stat than mp5 because of replenishment and evocation, and both give some crit as well.

Though I'd just suggest upgrading gear normally and not worry too much about mana regeneration at all. It will improve with higher itemlevel gear which has natural higher int levels. You'll also probably pick up some decent gear with spirit anyway. (tier gear and a few others)

Using the UP it ps bs bs ob fs fs ob it it ob fs fs fs rotation I've been using UA without blood tap, as it normally royally screws with an already tight rotation. So when UA is off cooldown it looks like this:

I normally save deathchill for when UA and FC are up, and try to time it so I get at least one below 35% on bosses.

I'll stick to the gemming for agility, looking forward to having 4/5 Tier 8 and a decent amount of ArP, hopefully I can net most of the gear I want before 3.1.2 hits so I can have a taste of the current Armor Penetration too.
