Oh and if you don't want to go Imp Soul Leech, 3/3 Supression in Affliction is a much better alternative than Unholy Power.

I appreciate your answer, not really sure i agree with all of it though. Imp Soul Leech is worth 1 lifetap every 31 casts.
(average mana from life tap / mana returned from isl) /.3 = casts needed to recover mana from lifetap:
(3750/400)/.3 = 31.25 ---sidenote that isl scales negatively with spirit.
That is essentially one lifetap a minute. So can you do more damage than 12% of your imp's dps over 60 seconds in one gcd? I don't have a log that shows an imp's dps in a raid enviroment, but if we assume 600 dps without unholy power, then unholy power adds 72 dps to the imp. (600 * 12) Thats 60*72 for 4320 dmg in one gcd. I think the only spell that would meet that dmg/cast time requirement would be COD. Any fight that requires movement were you can essentially life tap for free further reduces the value of imp soul leech. That's almost every fight in ulduar.
As for suppression, its a great talent if you have the ability to get to 11% hit. The combination of gear i would need to wear to accomplish that would be so gimped that the talent is essentially of no value to me. Perhaps as gear becomes available to me that may change, but at this point in time that talent might as well not exist.
