When I first saw this thread, I actually thought it was going to be some suggestions on how to implement Gladiatorial Combat. Deceived, I decided to look through my archives of ideas, here are a few brain cookies, looking to harvest a few good ideas out of yah
-Class criteria for a technical/heroic kill nets a temporary buff/title?
i.e Warrior shatters bubble, interrupts heal>execute crit = +10% ArP/refreshed+enhanced Enraged Regeneration?
Experimenting with various combos grants different buffs and would add an exciting element to PVP.
-Enchanters + Ore/Bars + Blacksmith + Jewelsmith + Alchemy + Inscription..etc = "Special Add-On"
-i.e Razored Edges = %20 chance when using Mortal Strike to cripple enemy reducing movement speed by x%, stacks with Hamstring (once again more experimenting, new elements and freedom)
- Inscription + First Aid = Temporary Band-Aid Buffs or Herbalism + Cooking with the same effect
To be honest, I'm just a dreamer who wants to play World of Warcraft again. It destroyed my high school grades, I missed out on my chance to play football and I wasted a lot of my parents valuable time. I haven't played since pre-BC 06' and don't know to much about the new mechanics. I do know what I want in a game, if I have these big ideas (more to come once I can create a topic) and an army of number crunchers; which you guys are notorious for, we can make these changes happen.
