SrS will be recalculated based on your current AP every time you refresh it with Chimera, so it doesn't really work to get a good one going and then refresh it the entire fight. (Likewise, if you pop a trinket halfway through the fight you don't have to reapply SrS.)

The only exception is straight damage buffs like Rune of Power or Shadow Crash. In those cases, you can indeed apply SrS with the damage buff and then refresh it throughout the fight (although you'll only see bonus damage on SrS ticks, not on Chimera-Serpent).

These have both been discussed in detail across multiple threads on this forum, so I recommend you improve your method of searching. That being said, to answer your questions:

1) Ultimately it depends on the length of the fight and how much risk you have of running OOM. Using CL on cooldown shows to be higher dps but it comes with a much higher mana consumption rate. If you can sustain your mana pool and use CL each cooldown, then you should do that. However, if you're at risk of going OOM, using CL after LvB can result in more damage done in a long fight. In other words, use your judgment on this one.

2) Once you hit the 4-piece T9 bonus, Lava becomes notably superior to ToW.

Hi, i saw a lot of rogues with all delicate gemmed but my spreadsheet shows bright cardinal is better for me (~1dps per gem) so what should i do? gem all bright or mixed or just all delicate?(my agi ep is ~1.9..)

Every rogue is different. It depends on your gear set up.

Such as an example: agi was extremely awesome when we wore 4pc T8.5, but when we broke it, in many cases the value of agi went down. Having low armor pen will result in the armor pen gem being worth less, but as you near the soft cap with Runestone or the hard cap, its value goes up.

It just differs. Find what works for you.

I am currently running a 51/2/18 spec for ToC raids and I have been thinking about switching to a holy/prot build for a bit more raid utility. I was hoping to hear people's thoughts about the pros and cons between running a holy/ret build or holy/prot build. I'm very interested in what people's thoughts are between these builds and why certain paladin healers prefer each of them.

Sort by item level. The ilvl 258 stuff is always best. And for the ilvl 245 items, the off-tier items are mostly identical to tier items anyway. There's not at all much choice in gear.

Unless you're doing 25-heroic you can equip whatever you feel like. For example, I like to tank with a high-haste/exp low-arpen set using both Grim Toll and Mjolnir Runestone in 10-heroic and 25-mans. Bears don't die regardless of what we wear.

I was thinking about speccing into Imp Evis and skip rupture since the 2 piece bonus of t9 is.. kind of bad; but with my low passive ARP I'm not so sure if it would be a dps increase. I'm getting a "low rupture" cycle on my spreadsheet, how is this rotation exactly? Any thoughts on what I ought to do?

Mostly personal preference. ToW will scale better with haste and movement (refreshing FS hurts the FS glyph) and in dummy tests I didn't notice a significant change in DPS. LB/Lava/ToW works well for PVP aswell.

Just few thoughts. im o theory crafter but Abaar get used by me when ive hit that mana wall and im praying for a proc... and POM seems to be outa faviour but still dam nice with a flame strike

I am in great need for some direction. i have read all these posts and apply all suggestions but for some reason my dps can't pass 3200 (molten armor buff only) on the Boss dummy (skull).
I start out with Combustion, mirror image, icy vein, living bomb, trinket (599 sp x20sec), scorth and then I spam FF. living bomb is refresh after it goes off and pyro is use every time it cycles. I've done it repeatedly on the dummy and I still avg about 3200 after 1 min.

My gear is good and I enchant and gem to get most out of SP and crit.

Good day fellow Warriors Ive been reading your excellent views and thoughts for some time now, have always been intimidated to get involved judging by some of knowledge ive seen here(its overwhelming & i guess ive been prot for so long so not as clued up as i should be for fury). I currently have Grim Toll & Greatness as my trinkets, i am top of PR with my guild by quite a margin so the first Dual Blade and Deaths Choice that drops will be mine(ye 4-5 weeks now and neither have dropped for us!) I have a problem about my tanking gear. I have T9 4/5 (helm, shoulders, pants, hands) and in my chest i wear that [Chestguard of the Warden], with +51 JC Gem.

I have problem with block.

Block chance 15.76%
Block rating 0 cos i dont have stacks from my gear
Block Stops 1713.

My defence is 544, Hp 34.6k and i have 28.31% Dodge & 19.92% Parry.

My question is:
1. Is low that Block?
2. If is it low, How can i fix that?
