This is my “problem”, everything i ever read says to use blood presence with my blood spec that i got from here, but i would like som1 with 25 ulduar gear to try this out. I do 4k+ on heroic bosses with blood spec and in UH presence, and if i try blood presence, i usually only do 3k+, i understand heroics are shorter fights than raids so you have to consider the burst factor with unholy, that is why i just did 5 minute test on target dummy. My result was blood starting kind of low and rising to a steady 2600 dps, my UH presence (blood spec) started pretty high, around 3k dps and dropped slowly to a steady 27-2800 dps….. so i can not find out why to do blood presence. Maybe i’m doing something wrong, but when i do almost 5k dps in heroics on bosses without ever gearing from any 10 or 25 mans, i think i’m doing something right. so maybe blood spec, UH presence is the new thing, i don’t know, som1 test it out for me and let me know your results, same rotation pretty much… so help me out if i'm doing something wrong, but it works amazing for me, just gets me cause everywhere says use Blood presence, but i do more in short or long fights with uh presence, so i would like people doing 25 ulduar to try it out on a boss that they know what they do in blood presence and try it this time in unholy presence, or at least on a test dummy and see if they have same results i do
The changes to poison proc's based on weapon speed piqued my curiosity so I decided to swap the relentless strikes 5/5 out of my combat spec for Improved Poisons 5/5, but is giving up the extra energy generated by RS worth the significant boost to proc'ing IP and Deadly.
With envenom up and running my proc's are pretty much going off without a doubt, Im just not sure if the dps is better and RS gives extra energy so I find it hard to put a dps value on it.
What do you think about the new tier set bonus. I think it is not so great than others. 3 secs rake, yeah! If I compare for example with DKs bonus: 2er Bloodstrike and Heartstrike have a chance to grant 180 strength and 4er blood plague and frost fever can crit, which is really nice, because they got buffed (+1300 dmg a tick) and compare with your 4er 5% crit on rip and ferious bite, i think it's also not better. Every class got 5% crit in 4er boni, why DKs not?

Just to piggyback on the suggestion i've seen a couple of times now:
Make unglyphed LB as glyphed is now (multi target, crits on dot ticks). Then glyph of LB allows dot ticks to proc HS but removes multi target ability. Off the top of my head can't see any major flaws but may be missing something.
So I really don't belong here because my math skills are failure, but has anyone ran the numbers of the new mage set bonuses vs. the warlock set bonuses? It seems from a cursory glance that giving us more crit is a horrible diminishing return compared to the set bonuses locks recieve. (Not to mention making combustion even less desirable than it was, assuming that's possible.)
