First of all, please someone make new topic of my post. Cant do that myself and i'm pretty sure it deserves new topic.
Did some research about rogue energy modifiers while leveling, there are some deviations but generally its easy to "fix" them.
Lower levels its nothing special, just adding % from Overkill and Vitality together.
Overkill - 13/sec - 130%
Overkill + Vitality 1/3 - 13,8/sec - 138%
Overkill + Vitality 2/3 - 14,5/sec - ~146%
Vitality 1/3 - 10,9/sec - ~108%
Vitality 2/3 - 11,7/sec - ~116%
Was surprised at 73 lvl with Vitality 3/3, i felt really huge difference between 3/3 and 2/3 Vitality.
Then made few videos not just one, cause no matter how i counted it was more like Vitality 3/3 gave ~28,5% regeneration instead of 25%. And it was counting more like 130% Overkill * ~128-130% Vitality 3/3, instead of just adding 100% + 30% + 25% = 155%
Thats what results disperion i get:
Overkill + Vitality 3/3 - 16,7/sec to 16.96/sec
~168%
Vitality 3/3 - 12,69/sec to 12,87/sec
~128%
I used HyperCam2 50 fps recording along with Windows Movie Maker for frames analyzing. Testing while leveling my rogue, started at 70 lvl with Overkill then added Vitality each level up to 3/3 at 73 level.
