So let me ask this, if your at a hard cap for hit, say 8%, then does that mean all abilities that are hard capped at 8% to never miss are crit capped aswell?

Which cells are protected and giving you problems? Which Excel version do you use? Could you perhaps upload it somewhere for me? Also, if you can, check whether you really have the latest version (clear browser cache etc.. before downloading).

I recently picked up [Kinetic Ripper]. I noticed under the pocket guide it lists this as worse than [Webbed Death]. From what I've read dps is more important than speeds. So this listing confuses me. I was going to test them both on the spreadsheet but I thought even if I see which is better it still won't make me understand why. Can anyone please explain this or is the pocket guide wrong?

ps: If this is the wrong place to ask I am sorry. Not 100% sure where to pose such a question.

Q: Fast weapons or slow weapons?
A: Slow MH, Fast OH as a general rule; however, weapon speed tends to be less important than weapon DPS in the MH. That is: fast OH is relatively important, but a fast MH can be viable as well if it's higher DPS than your available slow options.

According to the last post, the spreadsheet isn't done and people were asking stupid question. It looks like it will be unlocked when the spreadsheet is done.

I'm pretty sure he's not going to run random simcrafts for you, those are days of the past. Download simcraft and run it yourself if its something your interested in.

For those people wanting to test Spell Deflection it might be handy to know that the combat log shows the reduced damage as absorbed, not resisted. If you're looking at raid logs you'll have to make sure you don't accidentally attribute damage absorbed from things like Power Word: Shield to the Spell Deflection totals.
