Hi!

Is it possible, that it does not work before Level 80?
Or could be a german client a problem for it?

Thx

I think I have found a bug. The EP values of agility and ArPen was shown to be the same on the gear tab and they cannot be made different by switching the gear in any way.

I just responded to this a few posts up. There is a new option in the settings tab. Turn it off and you won't have this issue.

Uhhm i have a question about dual wield

- How much hit is needed as dual wield ?

- What is the best 2 slow weapons or 1 slow main hand and a fast of hand?

This is my build : The World of Warcraft Armory

Best bet is to use some of the available tools like rawr, toskks, fbn to review your gear and see what's best.
I use rawr, and i were waching for BiS set, rawr show that the haste weapon is better and i culdnt get it why, with your explanation i understand, so with alot of ar pen (like 500+ ar pen and something like 50%crit) haste become better.
thx for your answer

I'm curious, does the Serpent Sting Glyph actually improve the damage of Chim-Serp? If this question is answered some where in here already then I sorry for the repetition but it's hard to dig through 80 pages of forum. Now my reason for being skeptical is this: Chim-Serp bases it's damage off 40% of the damage done by Serpent Sting, Glyph of Serpent Sting only increases the duration of serpent sting. I could be wrong on this but I don't think the fact that the duration is longer changes the amount of damage it does, simply distributes the original damage over more ticks.

If anyone could post some hard numbers one way or the other I'd greatly appreciate it.

Marksman questions << link to your answer.

Searching for "Serpent Sting Glyph" brought up 4 pages of results with many of them clarifying the benefit of the glyph.

As a summary:

Glyph of Serpent Sting extends your serpent sting duration by 6 seconds, adding 2 more ticks of damage, thereby increasing the damage done by your serpent sting by 40% (from 5 ticks to 7 ticks). Chimera Shot's Serpent Sting based damage is directly affected by this.

Ack. Gonktarget answered before i could.

Recently, I saw some interesting posts on wowhead forums. However, i have not found a satisfactory answers there so I decicded to turn here.
If u take the standard 51/0/20 blood spec and remove 2 pts out of necrosis and place them in 2/2 night of the dead, how would that affect dps?

As you would be able to summon ur ghoul more often, AoTD before every boss pull (assuming that there is no adds), would that out benefit 2 pts in necrosis?

Also, Ive not found a satisfactory answer about arpen.
When does arpen become more beneficial than str?

Hello, I am an MM hunter who is utterly out of luck in getting either the grim toll or runestone. With desperation, i've tried to create a hypothesis that If hard cap for Arp is achieved, every single stat that increases damage will be increased - thus, exponentially increasing dps. I have no formula or anything to back up this theory, which is why i come here.

I'm currently sitting at 799 Arp. With my new gear coming in this week, i'll be at 1000. Any thoughts?

Your Hypothesis is explained, displayed, and quantified throughout this forum. You can find support in the spread sheet, previous pages in this thread, and a chart in hunter stats and scaling.
I guess the answer you are looking for is yes; armor pen caping is the essentially the goal of all MM hunters once we start to attain this patch's BIS list. It is much better than soft caping and then using a procking trinket; I would continue to stack that armor pen but keep in mind that because arp makes all your other stats better understand that it is not good to sacrifice very strong stat pieces for simply higher arp gear.
If you are unsure as to how to decide which arp vs non arp pieces to use i would simply tell you to look at the spread sheet, or take a look at hunter stats and scaling and look at the ratio of priority that arp has compared to AP and crit.
