Hi, can anyone confirm that a lot of the recent changes have not actually been implemented into the patch? For example, how much does the dual wield talent increase hit by at the moment, 3% or 6%?

Sorry if i'm being a bit dense here, but all this talk about how much hit rating we will need to stack is confusing me (part of it might be from the official WoW forums).

You need 17% spellhit to cap, correct?

-6% from talents leaves 11% spellhit
134 hit rating is 8.5%, so that leaves 2.5% spellhit
3% spellhit comes from a Shadow priest or a Moonkin, so if i'm right that means I don't really need to be gemming, enchanting or food buffing for hit rating AT ALL, unless my EP for it is higher than AP or AGI, which it wont be.

Has anyone tested to see if hunter pets are getting hit from Focused Aim? Based on the wording (increases your chance to hit) I'd say no, but Blizzard's wording isn't always 100% accurate.

If that's the case wouldn't 1/2 Animal Handler be worthwhile to offset hit gained from Focused Aim?

Granted that's a specialized situation (a hunter needs a talent to gain hit cap and wants his pet to be at or near hit cap as well.)

I do admit, I haven't downloaded the latest spreadsheet, but there was alot of talk a few pages ago in regards to close quarter combat (fist/dagger) potentially being greater than sword spec. Has that born itself out and does combat fists still still sit behind combat swords by a 1% ??

Just curious are people experience with any fist hybrid or pure fist as it competes with sword spec, in regard to combat specs.

IMHO

I complete agree we should have an expose armor buff worth while.I have also thought about the idea of a group agro drop kinda of like a GROUP vanish so that all dps in the group can zero out there agro.

Armor Pen is a really terrible stat now, not only because of us doing more spell damage, but its applied after all raid debuffs that reduce armor as a percentage as well.

After updating my game with the last patch. final patch notes says

- Improved Poisons (Assassination) now increases chance to apply
poisons by 5/10/15/20/25%.


4 hours till servers come back online, i'll report back.

Based on what I have read, this is what I'm planning for my 3.02 build.
The two glyphs I've picked up are the improved Windfury and Improved Lightning Bolt.

I'm wondering in terms of utiility wheither I should go with concussion or convection for the addional cost reduction of LB?
