Want to increase your dps? Copy my gear/spec/rotation. I have 100% ArP without using a trinket proc. Overall dps for most raids is around 6.5k dps. Check out my char and tell me what you think. Airdawg on Alterac Mountains if you want to armory.
The World of Warcraft Armory
Spec= 55/8/8. In arms tree spec put 1-2 points into Weapon Mastery if you are low on expertise. I like to stay around 15 expertise then put 1-2 points into Weapon Mastery. Dont waste the extra points in fury tree trying to reach improved execute... Put 8 points into the prot tree 8 for the improved heroic strike/cleave crit. The extra crit for heroic stike and cleave is nice!
Glyphs= Mortal Strike, Execute, Rend (I have played w/ bladestorm and heroic strike glyphs, but they aren't as good)
My favorite rotation for single target dps: Arms warriors are all bout proc's, there isn't really a set rotation. I like to Charge, Rend, Mort Strike, Slam, Execute, Overpower, Mort Stike, then Bladestorm. If you have extra rage (60-100) you want to spam heroic strike until you drop around 20-30. I like to use Heroic stike after a slam while your using your procs. On dummy I do more dps with this priority:
Execute>Overpower>Mort Strike> Slam/Heroic Strike. Find what works best for you! Download addon Recount and play on the dummy in IF for a hour. Tip: refresh Rend right after if falls off and stack 5 Sunders if you dont have a warrior tank on boss fights.
Max DPS for multipal targets: Spam cleave inbetween procs. Make sure you use sweeping strikes. If there are more than 4 targets use a Thunder Clap! (1-2k dps for every target you hit) After you apply rend and use a couple overpower and exe procs, then you can hit bladestorm. Wait for your tank to build aggro before you hit BladeStorm! Some boss fights you want to wait to use Bladestorm when adds come out. You need to time your bladestorm on most fights well.
Stats: STACK ArP!!! I dont care even if you have 0 ArP rating.
ArP>Str>Crit>Haste. The more ArP you get, the better it becomes. Of course, first you want to be hit capped with a decent amount of expertise before you start stacking ArP

I am not hit capped but I am close (7.7% hit, 5.5% expertise) Don't stop stacking ArP until you hit 100% ArP. 84% from gear/gems, then 16% from battle stance w/ T9 bonus. Tip= Use Hearty rhino meat for 3% ArP!
Gear: I prefer using a axe for pve for the Crit Bonus. I like the 2 set bonus from t9. I dont think the 4 set bonus is worth losing other stats from better gear. Get the 75 badge helm from doing dailies/ToC. Get the t9 shoulders and legs (or gloves) first. Easy trinkets to get are the Greatness Card and Banner of Victory. If you need hit rating grab the Grim Toll or Pyrite Infuser.
Grim Toll or Mjolnir Runetone? These trinket are L33T if you have 50% or less ArP. If you can get over 70% ArP w/out using GT or Mjolnir then I would ditch them for Banner of Victory + ToC trinket or Greatness card.
Professions: Debatable but I like Jewel Crafting and Blacksmithing. JC for three +34 gems and BS for the 2 extra sockets. These 2 professions can give you +82 extra of your desired stat. EX. +82 ArP = 6% ArP
Gems/Sockets: Stack ArP gems. Some gear you might want to get socket bonus, but usually not worth losing the ArP.
Enchants:
Weapon- Executioner is the 2nd best enchant for arms warriors.
Beserking is #1. Executioner will give you roughly around 10% ArP on proc. It procs just as much as bezerking (400 AP). I have seen executioner do more dps than zerking, but that is only if your sitting at 80-90% ArP and exe proc brings you close 100%. If you have less than 80% or more than 90% ArP I wouldnt touch executioner, unless you really just like how it looks
