I recently picked up the 4pT9.
I am wondering if [Eye of the Broodmother] would be an upgrade over [Sif's Remembrance] with the 4pT9?

The 87 crit from the Eye gives me just under 2% crit and would boost my overall crit to about 30% raid buffed. Sif's mp5 proc averages at 53 mp5, and I don't have mana issues at all..

I think the Eye has more value with the 4p bonus. Any input?

If you need proof just try out both speccs.

this is the spec i'm running with and i'm using Malice Mh/Remorse Oh. I lose the ability of Ambush and Backstab, but i just use hemmorage as my cmbo generator and rotate with SnD, Rupture, Evis (only if there's enough time left on snd/rupture) the slower, higher dmg weapons work best for this seeing as how hemorrage is your generator.

Is gemming AP over Agil a dps increase again once we lose the 4p T8 bonus?

From what I've been able to tell, Agility is usually superior to AP until one gets to the crit cap, at which point AP pulls ahead.

There's no reason, support, or explanation for why genesis doesn't work on rip and rake, it just doesn't. It would be a decent dump for extra points, far better than feral aggression, but upon testing it does not modify bleed damage.

Nature spells for a druid, for the question about what you can instant cast with the new predatory instincts, are every cast time ability other than starfire (things longer than 10 seconds like rez would obviously not count, and no, haste bringing the cast time lower than 10s doesn't count).

I do wonder if you can for instance get 5 CPs on one target, then instant cyclone another. CPs are obviously relative to your current target and you can't get 5 CPs then rip a different target, but it seems like one intended use of this would be get 5 CPs on a damager, instant cyclone a healer, kill damager. I'm not sure if you could just tab and do it or if you would have to focus cast it, or if its doable at all.

I was looking at trying out a Holy Paladin, and I was wondering what the best professions are (if you are min/maxing). The only Holy Paladin thread I saw was a bit outdated. So I wasn't sure if BS/JC was best (like many classes) or something else (I think tailoring has a good caster boost). Thanks in advance for any help.

I'm looking for some input here, I am currently at 80.74% passive ARP which puts me at 100% with Expose Armor making the proc from MR is practically useless(unless I'm on a target that our rogues aren't).I'm thinking swap out MR with my greatness until I can get a Death's Choice or Dark Matter and gearing towards agil and maintain the 80% ARP.

it does not make runestone useless. the sunder armor component is calculated on target first not added to your armor pen. ex. if target has 1000 armor sunder reduces it by 20% to 800 then you ignore 80.74% of the targets 800 armor.

You can also exchange some of your arp gems for agility if you feel that runestone isnt working well so you can get benefit of full arp with more agi altogether.

Fellow Hunters: I am curious about ArPen and how it relates to a "starting" raider.

Previously I was in mostly Naxx/Valor/Hero gear. I have started collecting the new pieces of armor from ToC as well as older pieces with ArPen on it. I feel like my DPS is not where it should be however, especially when I run the numbers on the DPS spreadsheet. My question is related to gemming, MM spec and ArPen altogether. Exactly how much ArPen is needed to start seeing marked improvement in DPS? I currently gem with +Agi and +Hit gems because I don't get enough hit from gear even with points in FA to cap.

Is it better to just gem for ArPen anyway? And just plug in the hit gaps with upgrades later on? On a heroic dummy by myself without any other buffs but TSA and Hawk I can pull ~3.3k DPS.
