Found a cool glitch last night. Resto is my off spec and i was healing the Lord J fight mostly raid healing and attempting to proc the 10% phy dmg buff on the tank. I hound that if used Rip Tide followed by a LHW and then a CH i could "weave" my heals and keep the rip tide buff on my self at two charges. For example;
RT (i receve two stackes of the RT buff)
LHW (one charge consumed)
CH (charges rest to 2)
LHW (one charge is consumed)
CH (charges rest to 2)

with this i was able to keep the rip tide buff on my self at all times if i so disired.
Has anyone else seen this?

Tidal Waves is procced off both Riptide and Chain Heal. You can use either spell to maintain the buff.

The buff is called Tidal Waves and is not a "Riptide buff." It's a buff placed on you from casting Riptide or Chain Heal. It's clearly stated in the talent:

Can it now be safely assumed that GoDis is better than GoDD with 4T9 and SoVir?

[Alliance][Skywall] <Choice> Looking for awesomeness for hardmodes!

Who we are: Choice is an adult, casual raiding guild founded by a group of awesome friends and family, to help players experience and enjoy a wider range of the content in World of Warcraft. This includes the content designed for players who have reached the level cap, as well as that which we can create for ourselves through organized PVE/PvP events and social undertakings.

What makes us different
: We are casual in terms of the hours we play, but NOT in how we approach raiding. We work as an actual team where every member must carry their own weight. There are no freeloaders in our raids, and our players are as dependable as they expect our guild to be. We have a mixed bag of experience to offer, but the amount of effort on each spectrum is the same. That's pretty rare to find in most raiding guilds.

When do you raid: Our progression raids are scheduled for Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 6 pm PST. (That's 7 MT, 8 CT, 9 ET) Tuesdays and Fridays are 10 man farmed content at 9:30pm PST. Otherwise, its puggable. We also do Retro raids (Vanilla and TBC instances, and older wrath content) at 6pm PST on select Saturday's and Sunday's. Please do not apply unless you can fully devote to being available for at least 2 days of progression raids a week, and for the full 3 1/2-4 hours. We prefer not to recruit benchwarmers.

Raid progression:

10 Mans:

Ulduar - Cleared
Naxxramas - Cleared
Obsidian Sanctum - Cleared w/ 3 drakes
Eye of Eternity - Cleared
Vault of Archivon - Puggable
Trial of the Crusader: Cleared

25 Mans:

Ulduar - Cleared
Naxxramas - Cleared
Obsidian Sanctum - Cleared w/ 2 drakes
Eye of Eternity - Cleared
Vault of Archivon - Puggable
Trial of the Crusader - Cleared

Recruitment Needs:

1 Rogue
1 Disc Priest
1 Holy Priest

However, if you're an exceptional player, we will consider you regardless of your class!

What we give you
:

This is where you would normally read, “We’re all s00per friendly, supportive, and k00l, and will knit you a hat while we raid.” You then join the guild and want to kill everyone in it 2 days later.

So for now lets just say <Choice> has, a fully functional professional website, raid calendar, website sign ups, 3x weekly progression raids (and retro/farmed runs on off nights), seasonal and social events, a vent server (because having vent is both new and impressive), a tabard with cool snakes on it (also new and impressive), as well as a group of awesome people which may be to the liking of a certain demographic.

What you give us:

1. You must be 16 years of age or over to apply.
2. Register and use the website to fill out an app, then be prepared for an in game chat. The sooner you schedule this the better your chances are of getting in.
3. Know what MODS to use, where to get them, and how to configure them.
4. Use the raid sign ups, and show up to raids when you say you will. Make sure you're educated on the fights we will be encountering.
5. All transfers are at the players Risk! We do not close recruitment for your class until you're transfered over. Obviously, the quicker you schedule your interview and transfer over, the more likely you are to keep your spot.
6. You must have an average of 213 gear to apply for a raider position in Choice.

If you have questions, and lets face it you probably will, please visit our website at: Choice Guild or PST Fugara (sometimes found on Kaddish or Ayes), Tallus, Brillig, Alysaya, Xonnia, Rhylandria, Lorimar or Shamowina in game. Or you can catch Fugara on AIM with the SN Choiceguild.

I haven't been raiding since just after Ulduar came out, and I'm working on getting my gear into shape. Cookie cutter 15/51/5 maces with 1 point in cqc, ss, rupture, and KS glyphs.

Recently I got the vengeance of the foresaken (had mirror of truth), and I'm gettig conflicting answers from the spreadsheets. My gut says the mirror is better, especially given how far over the exp cap the vengeance puts me. Based on quick eyeball math, mirror seems to put me at almost 10x the average AP of the vengeance clicky, based on an ~47% average crit rate in raids factoring in buffs and greatness procs. The extra 1.8% crit seems so come out ahead of the extra exp... Not sure why I'm getting conflicting answers.

Gut says mirror is better, but the roguecraft sheet disagrees. I also hate wasting all those itemization point on exp so far above the cap.

Any input?

I've seen two possible rotations, but remain skeptical;

AB-AB-AB-AB-AM No Matter What

OR

AB-MBAM

What are you talking about?! Yes, since ArP gives reduced benefit, it is worth less than it was valued before, relative to Strength (Strength Equivalency Point). You're probably still going to be going for ArP as long as you're at a moderate to high level of gearing, it's just a straight nerf to your output / will require more stats to be where you were before.

This is the basic spec that I was thinking of:
Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft

A few changes could include;
Changing IMP IS to Ownkin Frenzy or even Brambles
Or if I'm going to have absolute mana problems I can go for dreamstate/intensity
Focus Major glyph over Insect Swarm glyph

If someone with experience with this could let me know from personal experience or any wiser druids wanna enlighten me with their wisdom
I recommend this spec: Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft

You want 3 points in Intesity, because else, spamming Hurricane will drain you dry in no time during this fight.

You may find Typhoon useful too, because it's another ability that helps you get rid of those pesky scarabs nibbling and stacking their DoT on you.

There's no real need for the aggro reduction of Nature's Reach in this fight, because you will build only minimal aggro on Anub'arak during bombing.

For neccessary single target DPS sacrifice, I suggest dropping IIS, because you will only keep up Moonfire on Anub'arak during bombing - mainly for the purpose of proccing NG and the new idol proc.

OF is not worth anything in this fight as the leeching aura of p3 will not proc it.
