9300 single target with #2 at 7600. Yikes. Similar story on Marrowgar, 7300 vs 5500.

I actually ended up respeccing for Saurfang to get piercing howl. When the bloodbeasts spawned it was very effective. I can also see it being marginally useful on the Deathwhisper encounter. We had melee HoJ one blood beast and nuke it down while the ranged dealt with the rest. I would pick one high HP bloodbeast and intercept->bloodthirst->heroic fury->intercept it to help. Was obviously a DPS loss but it definitely helped reduce the ammount of blood saurfang was generating.

From what I am reading the proc is random with a 2 min ICD...apparently even a chance for 600 ARP even if you are near hard capped.

Wowhead comments aren't the most reliable source for information so was hoping someone could post their findings here, including whether the +600 ARP will proc when you have an abundance of armor pen.

It is a 2 min ICD. Each class has 3 of the procs it will recieve. For warriors its Str/Crit/Arp. Seems like they would know warriors are going to be hard capped ArP by the end of things, easily so I might add, and that it might not proc at that point. But I also woudn't be surprised if we just get fucked.

yes i got the same problem.
today i changed my specc from blood to unholy, to test the new SS.
first i tried my dps on a puppet and practiced the rota a littlebit, GoD worked well.
Then - to try my dps in raid - i went to a bossfight against koralon 25, but there my GoD didnt refresh my diseases, which messed up my whole rotation!
but against the trashmobs there it worked again <.<
vs emalon it didnt work, too. like against koralan.
i startet a 10man raid in the same raid and the same bug happens again.
so my question is:

is it normal, that GoD doesnt work against bosses?!

(sry my bad english, nothing compared to yours :X)

ah sry ok in VoA it doesnt work ;D

GoD simply doesn't work on the VoA bosses now. It's not a GoD issue, but a VoA issue, as the glyph works just fine everywhere else. Who knows how that bug came about.

Great news for me, after weeks of trying to get either Grim Toll or Mjolnir runeston, i got the new ArP trinket , Needle-Encrusted Scorpion, in my first run in FoS. Before i state the question, let me state a couple things.

1: I cant get LS's spreadsheet to work otherwise i wouldnt ask

2: I have 4 piece T-9.25

3: I stack ArP gems, and currently sit at 57% passive arp (no B-Stance bonus)

4: I know that 100%, 1399 rating, is arp cap. This means when this new trinket procs i need to have at least 51.54% non-passive arp (aka 35.54% or 498 passive Arp rating) to reach ArP cap.

Now here is the question/situation. Even though 35.54% arp would make me capped with the trinket proc, there is still a lot of time when the trinket is on CD, and thus i do not get the benefit that I would from max gemming for ArP. There is a middle ground for stacking ArP between stopping at 35.54% passive rating or just max gemming for ArP, at which it becomes more beneficial to stop stacking ArP and begin stacking Str. Anybody know what this value may be?

I'm going nutz here I have been reading this and other Arcane threads and I am still maxing out at 3.5-4k dps self buffed.. Im doing the rotation correctly, my stats are all right... I don't have any clue what i'm doing wrong.... is there some big seceret i dont know or something?

What is your "rotation"? The fact that you used the word rotation is a red flag really.

Yea, well there's your problem. ABSpam04MBAM doesn't involve Arcane Barrage. It's "Spam AB. If Missile Barrage procs while you have 0 or 4 stacks of AB, then use Arcane Missiles. Go back to spamming AB."

Ya know, I asked 3 different mages in my guild if i was doing it right they all said yes.. I wonder if they were just making sure there place in the raids were secure by making sure I failed??? Or I am just being over paranoid lol

If the MB's proc is still up when i have 4 stacks should i shoot it then, or only if it procs ON the 4th or with no stacks?

Our unholy dk is still kicking ass and taking names. The charts were like, Mutilate rogue/Unholy DK/Combat rogue/Me/other fury warrior.

ABx4, then AM. Regardless of if or when MB procs. ABarr is only cast when you are forced to move and POM is on cooldown.

Only if you have a small mana pool. If you're over 25k then you should continue spamming ab until MB procs, or until mana becomes an issue. I'm pretty sure non MB - AM is a dps loss over continuing AB... at least until you're LoM without a gem, pot or evo up.

I was curious about that also wouldnt agi ALWAYS be a better choice over AP? its AP and crit and it scales with raid buffs like kings....
