1- Don't worry about it at first, just use your equipped weapons until you get up to speed on playing Mutilate. But it refers to switching to different weapons with different enchants or poisons on them during a fight in order to proc a specific effect, then switching back to your "main" weapon(s) until the proc is wearing off, then repeating. There used to be an addon to do this for you, but it doesn't work any more, and you would do it for different reasons now anyway. It is a manual process now, and yields much small (if any) dps increase any longer.
2- Use a spreadsheet to find out. My guess: gem up to Expertise cap, then gem AP.
3- White dps is your auto-attack damage. "Yellow" dps is caused by your special attacks.

Disc Stats
What stats should i prefer as a disc priest:
i have been playing Holy for a long long time, i recently changed to Disc because i feel it more fun tbh . There is few stats that makes me confused, 'Mp5 & Spirit' - Int & Spirit' What should i pick, Int instead of spirit , crit instead of Haste ? lemme show a example .
[Band of the Invoker] VS [Heartmender Circle] I can't decide what is best . Atm i use Heartmender Circle since it give 25 mp5 and crit , and as far as i know Crit is far better as Disc than Haste ? . I really have problems with the stats as a Priest disc compared to what i had when i was playing Holy . I have never played Disc PvE before, and i really never cared about it until now. I hope some Old Core Priests can help answer my questions.

In ICC there are some new items, like chests, for example, and they are amost the same, but:
1) First one gives stamina, int, sp, haste
2) second one gives stamina, int, sp, spirit
So im woundering which one of this items will be more usefull for my holy priest ?

Hi there- Last night I was fortunate enough to get the trinket from saurfang 25, however, I'm having a little trouble determining the power of this trinket due to the circumstances around it (you can't really build an ArP send around it, since you'd be way over the cap or you'd be unlucky and not get the proc for quite some time, and thereby be below the hardcap. This is the situation for combat.
For Muti, it's obviously a little different. First of all- the passive ArP doesn't do much for muti, but I'm wondering if the 66.6% chance to get a good proc with it(agi or ap) makes it a viable trinket when paired up against the alternatives pre-icc like comet etc.
I'm swapping a lot around as rogue- I'm mostly playing combat since our warrior are fury, but I'm well aware of the power behind mutilate, so obviously- I'm also trying to build a set for that. (and even with my current set, which is optimized for combat, I can still dish out insane dps with it compared to combat) - I'm just not sure on if that trinket is a viable option for mutilate or if I'd be better off with a pre-icc trinket like comet or the emblem trinket.
Thanks in Advance.

I'm personally seeing EnhSim confirm it as a valid alternative to Berserking on my OH weapon only. Rawr doesn't agree and I haven't tried to confirm this with targeting dummies. (I don't have the extra weapon or gold for the enchants to test this out myself.)
I have been using it on my OH since 3.3 hit and while I've worked FN into my rotation, I have yet to be disappointed in my overall results. YMMV.
It would be nice to isolate the discrepancy between Rawr and EnhSim. Rawr consistently places Berserking ahead of BM with a significant lead, but in a number of 10k duration tests with varied weapons, BiS T9 setup, T10 4-set bonus, I find BM and Berserking equivalent for OH. (or BM just ever so slightly ahead.)

Well, the damp, cold air in crypts encourages dandruff, and there have been studies who seem to hint stress is also a factor
But that would actually be a nice touch... Not sure if that's a model designer's joke or someone actually intended him to express some genuine surprise, or, even better, show that he might actually be worried for a second there. Nice catch there...

I have been SV for basically all of Wotlk and just recently a friend has told me to go MM and go ArP. Now that being said I have 406 ArP not gemming for it(just got the shoulders off Airship fight in 10 ICC which will give me another 62 ArP if im not mistaken). I also have Grim toll so I know i need to get to 619 ArP passive but im not sure if i should gem for exactly that number or more...that being said
The World of Warcraft Armory
there is my armory for reference in case my spec is a problem( I am specced 1/3 into FA, 2/2 RapidRec, and 0/1 SiS)
PS: I am relatively new to posting on this board but I frequent it quite a bit...
EDIT: [Pauldrons of Lost Hope] shoulders i was talking about which give 62arp(possible 102 with 2 arp gems blahblahblah)

Perhaps I'm just not seeing something, but I've checked the past several days worth of posts, and nobody responded to the question regarding the newest mut spreadsheet recommending insane amounts of hit. I'm at over 400 hit, well over the spell cap, and the sheet is saying to gem EVERYTHING (all sockets, regardless of color) with +20 hit gems. Is this a bug, or am I missing something?

Hunger for Blood now increases damage by 10% instead of 15%. We wanted to increase Assassination rogue damage, and we were succesful, but we overshot the mark. We buffed Hunger for Blood back when Assassination needed a damage boost, so we're more than happy that this talent won't account for such a huge dps increase. Because of the nature of hotfixes, it is unlikely the tooltip will change to 10% right away.

I can't say more than: Unbelievable.
This nerf was so unneeded imho. Not to mention what does this to SS in pvp. Anyway i was on top of singletarget DPS for 2 days.

Well I understand that, and that's okay if Unholy does the most damage, but all the specs should do roughly the same damage, and each spec will excel in it's own little niche, but unholy currently is WAY ahead of the other specs.

You want to AB spam until the high-damage period is over and/or your mana starts to become uncomfortably low. There is no exact amount at which you should stop AB spam but just be aware that going OOM is a very real possibility and that proper management of your mana is key to playing Arcane well.
You also don't want to end the fight with too much mana. Go ahead and spam near the end if you still have some left over, although manage you should use your mana better next time. It's much better to have short periods of AB spam when you have various procs up (Lightweave, the new Black Magic enchant, etc.) and on personal/raid cooldowns than AB spam when the boss is at 10%.
