Although I used to PvP and DPS strictly as frost I'm finding that with the implementation of ArP on much of our gear Blood is becoming ever more viable for both especially with the 50% snare on HS. As such I've begun to wonder over the real importance to DRW in our builds.
I believe that 50/0/21 would in fact benefit us more, I am not playing atm on account of deployment. However, my wife has been playing and she strictly plays blood builds. I told her to switch her point out of DRW and put it into UB instead. She has said that she feels she actually kills things faster now, unfortunately she is woefully lacking on meter and mechanics knowledge in game. I am curious if anyone knows if the UB dmg is currently stackable, i.e. if you kick off 3 DC's within the 10 second proc does it simply refresh the duration of the 10 second debuff or do they stack together and all three tick for 10 seconds each? If they do in fact stack and not just refresh the debuff I can forsee UB builds outdps'ing DRW builds, especially considering the rediculous CD on DRW. (3 minutes, really Blizzard? If its to remain on a 3 minute CD put it back to 100% dmg like it was originally.)

If the DC effect is in fact not stackable, then you could change out the UB glyph for either the BS glyph or the HS glyph, depending on whether your guild needed your snare on HS (they shouldn't if they don't absoultely suck at life.)
