Im sorry for posting this i been very busy working and only had time to log on raids latly, i know im not more important then anyone else here i just had real quick question. Im not sure if i completly missed it or maybe wasnt posted but im just intrested in what the 'crit cap" is i havent seen any magic number. Sorry if i missed a post ive tried my best reading havent found it yet unless i read through it without relizing.
DW tanking just leads to too many parries which means u taking more damage, and also 1 handed weapons are always going to have less stamina than 2 handed ones - still not even close to viable
1) DW has been proven on this site a many other to have the same amount of parries as a warrior given an expertise skill of at least 27. Some resrictions may apply based on weapon speed. the slow your DW weps the lower the exp you need the faster your DW weps the more exp you need.
2) I use two tank 1h Weapons with around 70 stam on them each, which given a quick search on the wowhead database show is comparable with like ilvl 2hands when added together.
3) You sir or madame, fail pls troll someplace else.
as Aldriana posted in "Proc Items" the Heartpierce has 1PPM.
I cant find this weapon in the new 1.2.1 Spreadsheet. Is it, because the weapon is crap?
The weapon without the procc gives me 857points in the spreadsheet and is ranked 22. I think the procc is crap,too.. so I come to the fazit that the Icefall Blade togc is much better, isn't it?
sorry about that question.. but i am a bit confused.
A little off topic, But I'm looking to clean up my UI. I thought a little discussion of which addons/UI packages you all use would be helpful to the community at large, as well as why. I obviously have the standard dbm/omen/recount, I've always used bartender to organize my bars, and I heal with healbot. I have very fast reflexs and great raid awareness, its not like the clutter has ever got me killed, but it is starting to annoy me. I like knowing what buffs I have for instance... but not them taking up like a third of my screen. Maybe if some of you in top guilds could post a screenie of your UI that could help to. Thanks in advance!
A lot of good points about t10 too, even in best case scenario I would say alot of these non raid wide dmg fights it'll go into raid healing and be useless. I guess we hope blizz doesn't screw us over again, and that A. it doesn't wipe the original rejuv, B. that it always jumps to a target with no rejuv, and lacking that, the one with the lowest duration, and C. that its a smart heal it'll prefer to someone taking dmg.
I am gonna be pisssssed if they try and make t10 more desirable by nerfing t9... like they did with t8 vs t9. Pre nerf t8 is still my favorite bonus, and the 20k swiftmends were nice to
WOOT told ya so =D Apparently Ghostcrawler just confirmed our rejuvs won't be jumping all over in t10, but will proc a new rejuv. He admitted it was broken on ptr, and said it should be fixed, but if it isn't, It will be. Now since you need to buy 251 to buy 264 to buy 277, and since while a bit lackluster the 264 and 277 stats will clearly outweigh the t9, I wouldn't spend badges on anything but personally. I have the 258 cord of pale thorns, and 258 autumn, 245 refreshing shawl, and If I upgrade any non tier pc with badge gear, that will keep me in my 4 pc 245 for that much longer. I probably won't use the t10 untill i HAVE 4 pieces, but that is the first 4 things I'm buying.
So, I've read through most of this thread, and used the search function but to no avail. I can't seem to find anything on [Mercurial Alchemist Stone] and how good this is?
Considering that [Mercurial Alchemist Stone] only offers constant buffs, in order to calculate it's value all you need to do is look up the dps-gain from the stats for your spec and do some simple math! The dps-gain from each stat for your chosen spec can be found in the simulationcraft thread here on EJ.
i hope suno doesnt actually do any tanking, because this guide is a load of trash... ive tried all of his rotations and all of the rotations create MASSIVE holes where u sit doing nothing for up to 5 seconds, and none of them are capable of doing over 8k threat per second in raids, compared to 12-15k TPS with my rotations/specs....
here comes the infractions but i dont care.... dont read this guide it will make u worse at tanking, go read ensidia's guide

Has anyone done any test on switching rotations for certain fights? It seems that some fights a 4AB Missiles is the higher dps but on other fights it seems that AB until Missile proc (use as soon as it procs) is higher dps. I can't seem to figure out the difference per fight and haven't came to a conclusion on which rotation to use.
Forgot to add, in 4 Piece T9. I haven't gotten a chance to test T10 yet and that is the only discussion i can find about rotations.
I'm not certain, but it could be that the latter method saves mana, and would provide less downtime in a more mana intensive fight. This would lead to an increase in DPS.
A more detailed post on the issue is right below me.
Hey guys I was just wondering if anyone knew which spells worked with the Torment the Weak talent besides icy touch and thunderclap. I also heard that on bosses the only slow that procs torment the weak is the spell, "Slow." In that case why is Torment the Weak the primary spec for dps if it doesn't even work on bosses since bosses is where the majority of your damage goes in raids anyways. Any help would be appreciated!
Just looking quickly over your sim you have it set to 500 hit rating which is unrealistic as well as having only 56 haste. Individual stat weights will be different than the ones in the OP and your sim only using 56 haste will reflect that.
