On live, DBW now procs haste instead of arp for warriors and druids according to rawr forums reports/screenshots.
Anyone know if it still procs arp for shamans?

Why still? It procced Agi/AP/ArP for us before and now Agi/AP/Haste.
i can confirm its better in all situations, ive seen 10k hits from multiple procs using socom on trash. Seem to be socom's is considered melee for this as well as the 2 pc.
I have a question concerning Heroic Strike. I see other Arms warriors claiming that HS shows up #1 on their damage charts, and I'm at a loss as to exactly how some warriors are accomplishing this. It seems during fights I barely have the rage to get off maybe 1 HS at the most every 3-4 Mortal Strike's. As soon as I pop HS in the "ideal" conditions (80+ rage, next ability is OP or Rend), the next MS -> Exe proc dumps my rage down to 0 and I have to wait on an auto-attack for the next MS.
Should I be skipping Slam fillers and Exe procs to queue up Rage for HS's? I feel like I"m missing a major piece of the puzzle here. My DPS is tops out at about 6.1k on Saurfang and I feel like I should be able to do much, much better.
edit:
The priority I'm using currently is: Rend > MS > OP > Execute > Slam, and under 20% Rend > OP > Execute
Since when is T10 4set bonus considered "really good"? The holy/disc sets seem pretty terrible at the moment, I would suggest using the shadow tier pieces instead of holy to heal with since the itemization of crit/haste/sp is best at 264+ gear lvls. Personally I'm going with Head/Shoulders/Chest from shadow, and then 2 t9 258 pieces for hands/pants to keep the 2 set bonus, which IS amazing still.
I got DBW on wednesday and basically im running with an ArP softcap and the DBW proc pretty much capped me, so what im wondering now is should I swap out my [Whispering Fanged Skull] for the [Needle-Encrusted Scorpion] ?
You may notice that he is a shadow priest and yes for us T10 is really attractive.
So in order to evade the misunderstanding, it's probably best to write what exactly are you seeking. After all, we do have 3 perfectly usuable, viable trees for a total of 4 different tasks (holy healing, disc healing, disc arena, shadow pve-dd).

I'm curious what other people are using now that 3.3 has been out for a while. The earlier discussions in the thread seemed to recommend using either Nerubian CarapaceX2 -OR- Nerubian Carapace and Swordbreaking.
I am currently using one of each because I don't know what else to do. Nerubian Carpace is nice for the Sta. I have plenty of defense. I know that I still get some benefit from defense after soft cap, but I suspect the direct Parry buff goes further.
What are your thoughts? I know the STA buff is huge, but I wonder if there's more effective health in the Parry mitigation. DKs seem to take a lot of damage (even when we keep mobs in front of us). All of this assumes, of course, that you don't need more defense for the softcap.
