4pt10 is @ 3.5-4% flat dps upgrade. Three Truths is only a 20 Str upgrade over Valiance, the difference of 1 cardinal ruby, with the obvious ramp up time issues. Personally the 4 set is my priority above all else at the moment.
Also, to Stryder's response of Valiance being better for target swap fights... You realistically have 2 options on swap fights when not using Three Truth's. Leave valiance on, seal swap to SoR (therein riding out the duration of the buff from the main target proc) kill the add, then seal swap back to SoV, hopefully fast enough for your 5 stack to not fall off the boss. If this is impossible because of rediculous amounts of switching or having to pick up slack from other players. A pvp libram with SoR/SoComm might be a better option. I believe all spreadsheets still currently list sealtwisting as a net dps loss, so use it sparingly, and be aware that your personal performance contributes a large portion towards it's effectiveness. If at all possible, ignore the adds and focus on the boss, some fights this may be impossible (heroic jaraxxus and anub come to mind) but realistically your raid shouldn't be asking you to swap targets every 10 seconds on farm content.
