Just wondering if anyone uses macros. If i missed a post on this could anyone kindly refer me to it please. Still new to enhance and trying to read all these posts is giving me a headache.

And our stats is it Hit>AP>Haste>Crit, Hit>Haste>Crit>AP.

To be honest sometimes I do... I have the crappy 232 staff, Illumination.... I lost a CRAP LOAD of spirit when I got this.. However the mana problems are not significant.. Fully buffed in raids I do pretty well on mana but there are some fights where I need to pop both Hymn of Hope and Runic Mana potion... I just joined a raiding guild so hopefully this way I can get a newer staff quickly with the spirit I need..

P.S. I don't stack int like you do..

So I was going through my list of upgrades and trying to optimize my gear and was wondering if I'm losing dps by keeping corruption up on a boss. Reason I'm asking is because I'm looking at the phylactery that drops off of Sindragosa which procs 918 spellpower for 20 seconds based on dots.

My reasoning is, depending on the exact proc rate, destruction currently has 2 regular dots it uses, Immolate and the dot from Conflag. If I can proc that trinket more often if I have Corruption in my rotation, as in priority after Chaos Bolt but before Incinerate, it might offset the dps loss that is normally incurred keeping corruption up.

You have 446 hit rating, when you only need 210 assuming you have a moonkin or shadow priest. Because of that, you should definitely go for the T10 helm. That will allow you to drop a nice chunk of hit and gain a lot of useful stats that you don't have right now. You already have some nice gloves, and your shoulders and legs are T9, so you can probably aim for the T10 robe after that. Going from T8 to T10 on both would help you a bunch.

In the meantime, I'd look at replacing the boots next, since the hit needs to be reduced and that seems to be one of your weakest gear pieces. Maybe if you're lucky you'll get a Frost Needle from Lord Marrowgar, which would help as well.

I have no idea how the Sim works, yet, in general, adding a straight bonus to a stat is a bit different than adding a different bonus to a subset of the abilities used in a specific rotation.

Lately i've gone dual spec for my rogue, assassination for single targets and combat (hack and slash) for trash, currently i'm using, Daschal's Bite in mh and unsharpened ice razor in off, but for combat i'm using Nighttime in main and Liar's Tongue in off. as you may have guessed i've not had much raiding luck on my rogue... anyway, I'm now consistantly running icc and wondering if there are weapons you would recommend going for more than others.

Also i've always been told that with rogue, weapon wise you want a slower weapon in the mh and faster weapon in offhand, and was wondering if that's indeed true or if i've been botching that all this time.

From what I've seen, the best tier piece to leave out of the set, is the legs, which can be replaced by Leggings of Woven Death. I may be wrong if you are likely to be getting 25 man heroic loot, but I doubt if I personally do.
As for the piece to take, I would probably suggest the shoulders since they are again a direct upgrade and don't mess with hit, but if you are finding yourself with too much then replacing the head may be an option, though it will cost you 35 more emblems to get to that point, delaying your 2 set by another week most likely.

RAWR for me shows and have shown for quite some while that MBAM is higher DPS than AB4 so I've been using MBAM as soon as it procs as it is in all cases higher DPS, any reason I should not?

Regarding setpieces, most people went 4p + merlin's robe so Chest is obviously the smartest first choice (not breaking 4set T9), getting 2set should be next priority, for me shoulders were the obvious choice for two reasons:
- 1 It's only 60 badges which is the fastest to get
- Gloves is also 60 badges but the chances are that the new VOA boss will drop gloves+pants so to get 4set bonus it's obviously the fastest to get robes+shoulders then work towards head while hoping for gloves/pants from VOA (Yes if pants drop first Ill take em and replace leggings until I have gloves aswell).

That to me is the most efficient and fastest path to 2p T10 and 4p T10.

At how many stacks are MBAM worth the most - 4. If you burn your MBAM before 4 stacks it might be worth a slight dps boost at the given time, but when you have to stack up another, hopefully, 4 stacks of AB you'll loose dps in that time compared to if you waited with MB until you had 4 stacks in the first place.

If you look in Rawr it recommends a ABspam04MBAM with a 2p bonus, as the highest possible dps output. What it says is, that you should always use AM when MB procs, when you are at =<4 stacks or at 0 if you at a moving fight have a 0 AB stacked MB proc.

The stats on the tier leggings doesn't fit into most geat setups, because of the high amount of hit rating, in my opinion.

Might be because the tiny ArP upgrade from DBW Norm -> Heroic is a small increase in 1 stat which doesn't reduce another. However dropping the Crit from WFS to get the DBW Heroic, you're losing quite a substantial amount of Crit Rating, which could affect overall performance a tad more than the ArP from DBW Heroic would?.

As far as my spreadsheet is showing me, WFS+DBW hc are the 2 BiS trinkets, but that goes without seeing the Arthas loot.

Correct me if i'm wrong

I personally use, and have used Xperl for what seems like forever and have found nothing wrong with it, but some of the features of pitbull are really very nice. It's too early to say if there will be an "It's not you it's me" conversation with Xperl as I leave for a much younger RaidFrame mod that's a little more "flexible", but Pitbull has peeked my interest ^_^
