Is Val'anyr worth the time and effort. Some people tell me its only 5% increase in HPS and I wanted to know if anyone has done the math and what they have come up with? Is there current items in the game that are actually better for Resto druids. I have one on my Druid and today I had a priest tell me that it was average at best.

How well does black magic sim compared to +63sp with the shaman t10 2set bonus?

Because if you look, Winding sheet is only on BiS List for Plate Priority. The Plate Priority works under the assumption you are trying to reserve rolls for only Strength Based Items unless it is something that by taking it you won't be taking an opportunity from an Agility based class (i.e. Boss Drops as opposed to the Rep Ring)

If you look at the BiS List for all items (Non-discriminatory), you'll notice it is on the BiS list.

Quick Question here i have been told that if u cast SW:P before u get the 5 stackso of Shadow Weavign u Dont do as muthc Dps but i find that i lose more dps if i dont cast it after the 2ed or 3ed stack meaning i dont pull my best dps if i cast it after the 5 Shadow Weave buffs, can anyone tell me when's the best tiem for SW:P? I recently won [Blood-Soaked Saronite Stompers] and they are replacing [Greaves of the 7th Legion]

So I lose 59 expertise, which brings me down to 10 rating (20 with SoV glyph). I'm having a tough time replacing what I lost. I do have this ring: [The Lady's Promise] but I'd need to swap out either [Ashen Band of Unmatched Vengeance] or [Ring of Rotting Sinew]. I tried putting all my gear choices into RAWR and hitting optimize but I'm unsure if it takes expertise into account?

To what extent should you reconfigure your gear to reach the Expertise cap? Should I gem/enchant for it... swap in the ring... hold off on the new boots.. or just roll with 10/20 expertise.

Reaching hit and expertise caps is important, but you can still end up (on average) with higher DPS if you're slightly below the cap with higher level gear. Rawr definitely takes expertise into account, why wouldn't it - just make expertise gems and -enchants available to the optimizer, if getting to the expertise cap is possible that way and better than sticking with alternative gems/enchants, the optimizer should find a gear set for you that leaves you with 0% chance to be dodged.

Since Arthas loot is not available and in most guilds you can't afford to get every item that is an upgrade for you, the BiS list will be available to discuss when Arthas loot is available (read: next week).
