I have tried lots of rotations while raiding. Here is my rotation and spec for boss nukes, tough I stick to the rotations posted in this thread while waiting for cds:

IT>PS>OB>BT>OB>Hysteria>DRW>HS>HS>HS>HS>HS>HS>HS>HS>

I don't know if it's posted allready tough :O

Anyone who've got a spec that doesn't requires this nuke to use Blood Tap?

So, I'm gonna have 95 frost emblems saved up by next week and I'm wondering what I should upgrade next... Its between two items. First, I'm considering upgrading my chest, which would break my 2 piece tier 9.5. The item I would by with frost emblems is:[Castle Breaker's Battleplate] . Or I would upgrade my helm from my ilvl 245 helm to my tier 10 helm: [Scourgelord Helmet] . They are about even in simulations, but I want yalls opinion, thanks.

Hey everyone.
Have been reading this thread for a while now but it seems my dps aint improving so much.

The spell rotation i use:
FF - MF - IS - wrath (until eclipse procc) - Starfire and so on.
I try to keep the MF and IS up all the time and i use Force of Nature/starfall whenever i can.

For example i cant get higher then 6.6k dps on Festergut and hardly on any boss.

What about Black Magic enchant (im sorry if it has already been asked before, but here it goes)?
Now that it gives +250 haste for 10 sec and procs a lot, is it better than the +63 spell power enchant? Yes or No and Why?

It is not something you can easily do by item vs item eye comparison, you need a Rawr or a Spreadsheet.

I was curious when the boss is under 20% is it more beneficial to drop slam from rotation? Or stick to it and execute on all other cooldowns?

Like another poster said, frost resistance on tanks(or tank if you want to go that way) helps a ton. Helps you avoid those 70k frost breath wipes >.<

Me and some of my guildmates are going to be starting a 5v5 team, me as the Arms Warrior, Ele Shammy, Arcane Mage, Warlock, and Holy Pally. I've been playing around trying to get a good spec with some points in Protection up to Conc. Blow so I can stick to the healer and keep him locked down while we try to burst some DPS. All I've come up so far was this Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft. Are there any other better builds that have Conc. Blow and MS and are good for PvP?

With most end game mages in at least 2 T10 and using the more regimented 4ABAM rotation (instead of fishing for the MB proc) to trigger the T10 set bonues haste proc, is it a dps gain to Glyph Arcane Missiles instead of Arcane Potency?

My napkin maths indicates that the dps gained from the 25% increase in crit chances of your Arcane Missiles, which you are casting every 4-6 seconds, outweighs the additional 3 seconds of Arcane Potency every 1.4 minutes. Has anyone tested this?

I think you mean Arcane Power and I don't think that glyph was ever viable compared to Molten Armor, Arcane Missiles, and Arcane Blast.

Anyone know how good the tier 10 2 set bonus (3% chance to get 16% of ap for 10secs ) is for arms dps? like numbers for increase in dps?

I haven’t see the idea discussed anywhere and since it’s dependent on Incanter's Absorption this is as good a place as any to toss it out. If you use a Protection Potion, which last 2 minutes, at least a minute before the pull you can also use a speed pot just before entering combat as well as your normal pot during the fight.

It’s probably not viable for most fights for timing reasons, but on fights like Blood Queen or Sindragosa where you take ticks of damage at the start, it should be workable.

Hello, i have recently geared to get my fdruid in tankinshape. I asked my guild MT fdruid for information, he has yet to give me the exact expertise rating to be 'capped' Other then that he says things like 'there a soft and hardcap. His Expertise rating is at 54. Is the 'hardcap' around that much. Or is he just playing with my head?
