This exploits the fact that if you use BT when you just used BS (so that one death rune is on CD) and your second blood rune is up, the death rune CD is reset and you blood rune turns into a death rune, such that you have two death runes to use immediately.

As for Bone Shield: If you cast it right at the start of the encounter, most encounters in ICC are either dead before the 5 minutes have passed or there is some time during the encounter where you can't dps anyways and just recast the shield then.

That is a bad choice. For me Piercing Shots is around 12% of my total damage. That is a great use of three points.

Wrong? I'm not sure if I've seen a more false statement in this thread.

No, IHM should not be taken over piercing shots.

Just picked up the 1.5.1 Combat sheet. When I plug in everything I get about a 5% higher MH White Crit than 1.4.4. Just wondering if this is a bug or if 1.4.4 was off? All settings and gear are the same.

well first time poster here been meaning to shime in on the whole bolvar discussion, but seems like everything was covered , although i realy do hope they wont thake the whole new lich king aproch that would be disapointing and would show a lack of imagination. the only thing that makes me belive that they wont have us storm icecrown again, is the fact that he was choosen by the keeper of life , who knows all from bearth, only him was saved and never any other champion before .
now my real reason for this post is a page back a read a post asking about the windrunner sisters and when they will meet and i had this thought that ran through my mind , bare with me please.
Stormwind is missing a paladin at the moment , and a " right hand man" for the king . I know a great paladin that has all of bolvars quilities and he has proven him self over and again .
He fought in the second war , he crossed the portal chasing after Nur'zhul and attempting to close the portals .
He fought and bested Doomhammer , with his mentores broken sword !
i belive , and hope , Tyralon will make a comeback next expantion , he is needed in all fronts .
He is needed to aid the king , he is needed in the war against the horde , and he knows of Deathwing , and it give the perfect exuse to have his lover Alleria windrunner reapear as well , with a much overdue reuniun of the windrunner sisters.

I'm actually having some problems with my DPS, I´m not so low geared and still getting only 3k ~ 4k dps. my doubt is, in my case, should i use +20 str or +20 ArPen in my gems, 'cause I can´t understand yet which one is better, some posts I saw that str is better, others ArPen.. if anyone could help me.

Couple of quick, related questions:

1) Does the Haunt debuff roll on corruption?
2) If it does not, why shouldn't I pre-combat use Nevermelting Ice Crystal and then switch to a better trinket? I could use the opening of:

Lifetap
Potion of Wild Magic
Pre-combat NMIC
Switch to better trinket
Shadow Bolt (5% crit debuff)
UA
Corruption
Haunt
CoA
Shadow Bolt

In this situation, if I switched to Muradin's Spyglass I would gain both crit% and spell power over most of the fight. There is a good chance I would lose some crit% if Shadow Bolt crits, but perhaps the other trinket would result in better dps over the rest of the fight.

My armory I am aware of some less than ideal gem'ing and plan on fixing that

Rawr is suggesting that I make the following changes and I am just having a hard time believing that these changes will benefit my DPS as Rawr indicates.....

+83 DPS increase by downgrading Pauldrons of Revered Mortality to Khadgar's Shoulderpads of Conquest
I will pick up the (2) set bonus bonus and 52 crit but at the cost of 9 Int, 67 Spi and 13 spell power according to this item comparison. Is the (2) set bonus really worth that much ?

+148 DPS increase by swapping Leggings of the Demonic Messenger for Khadgar's Leggings of the Conquest.
I won't be gaining another set bonus by doing so so I just don't see how I could possibly gain +148 DPS from this according to this item comparison. This one really baffles me.

All in all, I just don't want to waste 80 badges and a ton of gold gem'ing and enchanting these two items if Rawr is incorrect (due to wrong settings on my part) and the numbers just don't add up to me.

It should be fairly obvious that 2pct9 trumps the very minor difference in pure stats on those shoulders. 15% of 757 spirit = 113 crit.

As for the legs, if you have T9 shoulders equipped Rawr shows the T9 piece to be only about 40DPS ahead of your current gear, which seems reasonable given the extra socket and otherwise similar stats. I suspect you got your number of 148 DPS from comparing Demonic Messenger with T9 without equipping the shoulders, and therefore that number reflects the extra gains from the 2pct9 bonus.

Use the optimise function if you want the best results from Rawr.

does anyone have a macro made up that i can copy (and share with my guild) to do a tar kinetic bomb and sending my pet in on it. I'm horrible at making macros and if I don't have to target the bomb and then send my pet in - that would be very helpful.

So here's my question: Which Ashen band ring do I use, the agi one or the new one? Having perused the forums considerably, I've seen arguments on both sides, with both being listed in BiS. Is there anyway to run this through and figure out? I don't quite have the gold at 200 a switch to be able to run the calculations myself. Thanks in advance
