I'm actually playing a DK@ICC 25 and I'm correctly stuffed.
For the moment, my concern is : fully gem arp or not ?
I always kept thinking that gemming strength was better and I don't complain about my dps, but I was thinking if a fully arp gemming is better than strength.
I know many persons says "yes it's better" but many others says "no it isn't".
When I check the top Blood DK dps, half are strength gemmed, the other half are arp gemmed ...
The two are good, but which one is better ?
I check my damage :
- Blood Fever + Frost Fever + Death Coil = ~ 25% of my dps.
- Hearth Strike + Melee + Death Strike = ~ 65% of my dps.
- Necrosis, IT, PS, BCB = ~ 10% of my dps
So, maybe I'll have a clear answer, maybe not, but I needed to ask this question.
I am looking to craft one of the 264 boots for my ret since I won't have access to any 264 drops for at least a month.
Which of the following crafted boots would be the biggest dps increase? Note: I am over expertise and hit capped.
Why is [Vengeful Noose] written as the best possible "Waist" under "Plate Items from Normal Modes"
Can someone explain?
Is there no plate-alternative?
because it is a vendor item that anyone can get with no competition, the point of plate lists vs. all items lists is for those in guilds who frown upon plate users bidding on leather, in this scenario there is no competition for said leather item.
[quote=Emolate;1560402]So inspired by Fiddlestick's UI and facing performance problems that were rendering my gameplay difficult in 25s I completely deleted WTF, WDB Cache and my entire Interface folder and redid it
Addon list will be trimmed down and reposted soon (using phone now)

as this site says aim for 30% to reduce the GCD to 1 second. I have that atm. i just see that the SP and INT (once the GCD is now 1 second for me) should be worth more for HEP as SP makes bigger CH hits and INT increases crit which then procs the t10 4 set gear.
should i regem my int to haste ?
p.s. please dont say "yes" please give reason y ? i know that more haste means more CH casts...
hey so im a little bit ignorant when it comes to this sort of terminology and I cannot find a meaning for it anywhere, maybe im looking in the wrong places, anyone help me out? I was guessing the higher the number the more effect it will have on your DPS?
Assuming it does mean that it will have a larger effect on your dps, lets say that I have 2 belts offering almost the same stats, except 1 is offering 55 crit rating, and 1 is offering 60 spirit (both item lvl 232). Going off the "Sample EP WEIGHTS" on the first post, and again assuming it means dps, it is telling me that the belt with crit is more beneficial than the belt with spirit.
I was wondering if it takes into account the talents twisted faith and improved spirit tap, and the glyph improved shadow form? Any info would be really helpful thanks.
I'm having some issues in regards to TPS, i'll be honest i'm not fully understnding all the numbers or mechanics behind DW tanking, but found it to be rather attractive. With Omen up and running in heroics i'm barely squeeking out 3.5k TPS - 5k TPS when using HB. All my stats are as maxxed out as i know them to need be, but i'm still not generating no where near enough threat. And i'm not sure on how you do the linking, but the URL link is The World of Warcraft Armory - Killjoi @ Lightning's Blade - Profile
If anyone has any advice or tips on getting my TPS higher, would be greatly appreciated
So you will still be receiving full benefit from stacking haste, which is quite a large benefit.
I would defiantly use haste gems instead of int as int provides very little output benefit and as long as I keep WS up mana issues are usually non-existent, after changing those int gems too haste, see if your ending the fight with more then 10% mana consistently and if that's the case I would switch your dragon eyes to haste gems alot with the prismatic socket in your belt + chest.
Okay, so, I haven't been running EnhSim for a few weeks now, and wouldn't you know it, in that time you turned it from sophisticated into absolutely amazing. Thank you to all of you devs, you all deserve heaps of praise and thanks and love.
