I realise this is still only on the PTR so far but the following might interest anyone in love with sub:
Rogue (Forums / Talent Calculator)
* Rupture: The damage-over-time component of this ability can now produce critical strikes.
Subtlety
* Filthy Tricks: Now Reduces the cooldown by 5/10 seconds and energy cost by 5/10 of Tricks of the Trade, Distract and Shadowstep abilities, and reduces the cooldown of Preparation by 1.5/3 minutes.
* Ghostly Strike: If the rogue has a dagger equipped, this ability now deals 180% weapon damage instead of 125%.
* Hemorrhage: If the rogue has a dagger equipped, this ability now deals 160% weapon damage instead of 110%.
* Slaughter from the Shadows: Now adds 1/2/3/4/5% damage to all attacks in addition to its current effects.
* Waylay: The debuff from this talent can now be caused by Backstab in addition to Ambush.

A spec utilizing the finishers(blood splatter + imp evisc) and 4pt10 coupled with the changes to hemo(no longer a dps loss compared to backstab counting its raid utility since you don't need to weapon swap) might push sub from abysmal up to the sub-par/semi-viable as some sort of support spec. Not to mention it would help on the many fights involving movement in ICC to have 20 second shadowstep.
Unfortunately I have no way to test the changes but I was thinking a build something along the lines of
this(some points still unspent). Not sure exactly on which glyph to get for third(after hemo/tricks, as I assume those would be the best for this kind of spec) but just picked evisc for the hell of it.
The question is if rupture is going to do enough damage to warrant bloodsplatter over going down to lightning reflexes in combat.
