The majority of your UI is Tuk. I like it as well, and it deserves proper credit.

Yep, most notable add-ons are TukUI and MSBT, both with a few minor adjustments and reskinning of other add-ons such as Skada.

Overall great pack for rogues.

I don't really see a time where death rune mastery would ever benefit frost. The only way converting U and F runes into D runes would be beneficial is if you had of the same rune off CD and I don't see how that would ever happen. I'm not sure what your hit is at, but your spells should still have a chance to miss.

kk I've been trying it out and I have alot of times when all my runes are death runes which is nice b/c I can drop an extra d and d when that happens and not really mess up my rotation.

I wanted to add a few notes about the images follow these comments.

I did not settup my UI in some bizzare effort to show as little actual UI as possible. I have been playing for four years and have put my largest focus on actual functionality and position optimal for both PvP and PvE.

My Unit Frames sit below my characters visual range and far enough below it and to the sides that situational effects (Fire) is clearly visible. You'll also note that I do use Portraits. This is likely cosmetic, but when playing without a portrait for two months I noticed I wasn't double checking my targets when changing target (Specifically when I do this via mouse click)

I do not use Skill bars. They exist, but I cannot see or interact with them thanks to a function in Bartender 4. When I need to make adjustments to my skill bars, I open my Bartender menu and make my skill bars visible, then revert them back to invisible after. My cool downs are instead displayed to the left of my player frame.

I am not going to pretend there aren't things I click, like things not related to combat. One of my action bars containing miscellanious buttons (for fun macros, professions)

This effect is also in place for my pet bar (Which is scaled down and can only bee seen if mouseover'd while a pet is active)

My map buttons also appear and disappear on mouse over, I have eliminated the useless buttons.

My bag auto sorts items by item type.

Finally, I would like to impose how much of a Must have mod Addon Control Panel is. Aside from turning on and off addons while the game is still running (Sometimes requiring only a reload, many times requiring nothing) It also allows you to turn off many segmented parts of the addon which take up memory but serve either no useful purpose or just a purpose you are not utilizing in your particular UI settup) For example: Azure Cast Bars(ACB, first addon on the list) has two components that take up memory but I am not using. I have disabled them via Addon control panel. You are even able to see how much memory each component is taking up

Instead of my list of downloaded addons, I have cut and paste the complete list of addons listed in Addon control panel.

Personally I see no point in the threat reduction
I already beg for vigilance...I'm betting I won't have a choice and have to pickup Subversion or face holding back dps....or bribing paladins for salvation.

is it worth using execute instead of slam procs if you are at ICC25 gear level? or is there a point where slam becomes better than execute even if using the execute glyph?

Hey guys. Long time reader of this thread, first time poster.

I've been reading a lot about which is better as far as rotation vs. priority and have always found that if you are specced into Epidemic, then rotation has always come out on top. I'm not sure if it's the use of OB usage as soon as the runes are up since it is our highest damage ability, but with 3.3.3 coming out I would imagine rotation will take precedence since we will have access to an extra Obliterate with the changes to Glyph of Disease.

My rotation currently is :

IT, PS, OB, BS, BS (Runetap when available making it BS, RT, UA, BS), Dump

OBx3, Dump

Using this rotation creates a gap for me to throw up a FS in between the OBs since the D runes will have about a 1 sec gap, which takes a little more advantage of KM procs.

With the changes coming in the next patch (if current PTR changes remain the same) my rotation will go like this.

IT, PS, OB, BS, Pest (or BS, RT, UA, Pest if Runetap is available), Dump

OBx3, Dump, OBx2, BS, Pest, Dump, repeat

I do have a technical question for you guys though. I have two 2.6 speed weapons with %15.42 melee haste unbuffed, but my weapon speed is at 2.14. I've tried running some math on this and it seems incorrect.

2.6 x .8458 = 2.19908

and if I add in the constant %5 haste from IIT

2.6 x .7958 = 2.06908

Am I being a 'tard on something?

First of all, hi!, (first post on these boards).

Would also like to thank you guys for answering a lot of questions I've been curious about since I started raiding again a couple of weeks ago on my new priest, (took a long break after I was burned out from my Holydin after killing YS last spring).

My current question(s) is/are in regard to gearing as Holy, I have to admit that Bob Turkey's 3.3 BiS list, Holy priest gear list for 3.3 BobTurkey’s WoW Blog, has me a bit confused as it partially contradicts my impression of goals to go for in regard to gearing. (I assume it's based on rawr output and not items slot comparisons?).

My impression on what to aim for is as follows:

- go for crit/haste/Sp items as long as my mana regen permits it. (In a 25 man setting I rarely have to use my regen cooldowns, save maybe Queen due to most fights being execution fights and not gear checks).
- haste has prio up until 1k'ish haste, though for heroic versions where one will need more mana->output, int is on par with Haste. Optimally haste/int and int/SP hybrid gems? Any better options for "blue" gems then haste/spirit?
- Not to gem for spirit/crit as I will get enough of these from the items themselves, (sitting at 26-27% crit or so self buffed atm and my regen is fine for current content).

I've only looted one DKP item so far, and one of the reasons why I want a comment on this issue is to plan for what pieces to aim for. For instance the 10 man Heroic version of the Saurfang staff seems for me better then most options from 25 man?)

My gear is a bit messed up on gemming, as there are items I use for both specs.

First of all, Hi I´m new in this forum and you would excuse me for my poor english, if i have mistakes or i tell something tht sound bad, Probably I wouldn´t want to tell this.

I think like Cardano. The use of Tricks of the Trade may help you to increase your threat generation, but... This ability increase the damage a lot and In ICC i think that áll needs all the dps that i can do. The main question seem that, Why do you need this help for generate more threat? It´s your gear, the rotation, the build...

Please if you want, can you link your amory pj?

For DRW, does it benefit from its own diseases being on the target? If so, is it enough to spend 2 GCDs on a new IT an PS? I'm guessing it would also matter between GoD and GoDD builds since GoD would usually be using one rune to refresh.
Yes, it does. If you're using GoDD and 4pc t10, I'd recommend doing this opening sequence (mine):

IT > PS > HS > HS > DS > DRW/Ghoul > IT > PS > HS > HS > DS > DC (>arcane torrent > DC) > DS > HS (x4) > Normal rinse repeat rotation

Or, of course DS before HS. Whatever floats your boat. That's what I'm currently doing.

you can easily burst it down in the frostmourn room,
you can see in our server first video

YouTube - TehBoX vs The Lich King (10-man) Part 1
YouTube - TehBoX vs The Lich King (10-man) Part 2

i got pulled into the room 2 times in a roll (beginning of part2, and part2 1:15)
first time i happened to have a COW/RF inside the room

second times i have i have NO CD and Black Arrow was on CD too
so it was kinda close
but remember to KILL SHOT
as long as u KS when its in 20% range, (the old king is also almost always in 20% range when its KShot range)
your Killshot will nuke it down

but.... my gear is comparatively higher than most hunters
I was using a BRK/hArchonGave on the 10man kill,

also it was a caster group in our first time kill so i dont get buffs at all other than FORT(30%ap)/INT(ap)/LOL

but to go around, as long as you are a decent player who actually made their way to Lich King, you should have no prob killing it as surv in the frostmourn room

Yes, DRW benefit from its own diseases.
I'm currently GoDD's speced and i cast DRW as soon as diseases fades off.

I 'm sure the gain is not important enough to spend 2 GCDs on a new IT and PS with a GoD build because during the diseases application time (~3 sec) you can cast 2 HS (+2HS from DRW which represent a much higher DPS than diseases applications + breaking your cycle (ie loosing at least 1 HS (depends on ping))

my sequence is :
GoDD :
IT > PS > HS > HS > DS > DRW/Ghoul > DC > HS > HS > HS > HS > DC > (DC) > IT > PS > HS (DRW should be fading off here) > HS > DS > DS
GoD :
IT > PS > HS > HS > DS > DRW/Ghoul > DC > HS > HS > HS > HS > DC > Pest > HS > HS (DRW should be fading off here) > DS > DS
