I have access to gear from the first 4 bosses in 25man and most of 10 man ICCs. I compiled a list similar to the BiS list on landsouls calc, with 4pc t10, and gatecrashers gaunts for fury and the crafted 264 legs for arms, with the appropriate rings trinkets and other stuff. Then I plugged them into both rawr and landsouls calculators but came up with vastly different results. in comparing fury vs arms with full raid buffs, landsouls spreadsheet was telling me that fury only surpassed the arms spec by 200 ish dps, while rawr told me fury surpassed arms by about 1k.
I have been arms for a while now so im not completely in the loop about fury. Has the difference between the two specs gone down? Or am i missing a large component?

When I look at some WWS of other fury warriors, most who are not "that" much better geared than myself... and see them doing 10..12..14k on single target bosses such as fester and saurfang... I wonder to myself, how are they doing it? I'm @ 99.24% ArP with food buff... 24 expertise (yea im shy 2 points, w/e) and my rotation is the standard bt --> ww --> (bs proc if avail) bt--> rend (im glyphed for rend) ---> ww --> bs proc if avail --> bt and of course HS when I'm ~80 rage and so on... also at the start of each fight, for the most part, I'm popping Deathwish and Reck, and using DW every 2 mins... as well as Indestructible pots x 2 per fight.... So... I'm wondering what else I can do to pump out as much DPS as possible with my current gear... as Landsoul's spreadsheet is telling me my metric should be around 9500 ish... and on fester in 25 I'm right around 7.8-8k. I'm really just wondering what some of the more "elite" warriors in the game are doing to pump out more DPS on single target fights...

I'm still using [Shard of the Crystal Heart] and it works just fine. You should focus on haste untill you have like 600 unbuffed.
Enhancemen Question:
At the moment I'm using NugComboBar for my Maelstrom count but it doesn't work perfectly. I am looking for an addon that (!) wouldn't be PowerAuras or any kind of totem timer and would show Maelstrom corretly.

You switch stances which makes you lose Rage just to apply Rend?

I play elemental with my guild in icc 25, and now im trying to figure out what pants to get, im still using tier 9 ones.
My armory: The World of Warcraft Armory - Palleh @ Frostmane - Profile
I have emblembs to buy the tier 10 pants, but as you can see i already have 4 other parts, and the upgrade is really minor.
I been looking at the crafted mail pants [Lightning-Infused Leggings], but there is no hit on them and i will have to gem for hit to be above the cap.
The other set of pants i have been looking at is [Plaguebringer's Stained Pants](264 ones), but i still havent seen them drop, and we have a whole army of mages and warlocks waiting for those.
So the question is: buy tier 10, craft the mail leggings or wait for the cloth ones? Or if anyone have some alternative i forgotten, that is welcome aswell.

I used to not do this... but then after some research and looking at other high end warriors, noticed they all had 2/2 imp rend and were glyphed for rend. With 3/3 tac. mastery, the way I have my macro set up, in between GCD I can switch to def. stance, rend, and go back to zerker relatively quickly, to get in a BT before its off CD. As far as rage loss, I have not noticed a problem applying rend and then using BT when I switch back.

Here's my armory to check out: The World of Warcraft Armory - Штормыч @ Страж Смерти - Profile
I don't even know, what I am doing wrong.
My rotation is as following: (Lich King fight) Life Tap, Curse of Elements, Corruption, Immolate, Conflagrate, Chaos Bolt, 2xIncinerate, spamming searing pain until Conflagrate unrolls... repeat.
I got 0/13/58 build and I would be really grateful, if somebody can help with my dps. Or my mates will kill me, if I get no lower than 8k.
Thank you much
P.S. Also, I got 383 hit and sometimes miss. Should I get it to 400 or smth like that?

You really need to read the destruction warlock thread because you don't use corr or searing pain in your rotation. The only time you should be using corr is if your on the run and i have no idea why your're using searing pain. If you have no hit aura or hit buff from a shadow priest or boomkin then you need 446 hit rating to be hit capped in your 10 man. i suggest getting [Maghia's Misguided Quill].

And why to defensive and not battle stance? Def stance results in a 5% dmg loss for that rend doesn't it?

Yea good point ill change that. Other than that though what else am i missing here... Only 10k+ sustained im seeing is in trash, and not in single target fights like fester.

I'd wait for the pants from the 10 man, simply because by the time you get them, you may have found another ring/weapon/whatever with hit rating on it to balance what you've lost from the pants.

I do 11k+ Sustained DPS on festergut, I think it's just about aggression and practicing the rotation. I have a macro to drop rends in but it needs to be executed perfectly and very fast so if you want to drop rends in, make sure you practice.

I know anecdotal evidence is worth about diddly squat compared with hard numbers.
I spent three hours on the PTR testing glyph set ups. ToW, LB, and Ft always came out ahead.
I did my testing by using my normal rotation, no CDS (i.e. no BL, no EM, etc..)
I plan on testing again today with no trinkets on, to further gauge the difference. Perhaps I will figure out how to post a parse.

Mutilate gemming
I have been working on my rogue recently having grown sick of my priest. She is now in mainly 232 badge gear and some ToC 25 drops, with mutilate 51/18/2 spec. I was wondering a couple of speedy questions
Is there a specific level of gear where I should be gemming AP rather than Agi? I know i232 isn't amazing, but should I wait for i251 gear (ICC) before going all Attack Power?
Although it seems to be a low level stat, I have Grim Toll and Needle Encrusted Scorpoin with the +ArP procs. Should I get rid of these for +AP proc ones as everything on the forums here seems to not rate ArP at all?
