Didnt really thought arms would make it through.
Now I have to slash all my leather-hit gear and get stuff with alot of str/ap/arp/crit/xp.

How much does arp-rating get boosted and the hit-cap rating for 2h is 8% on lvl 83 bosses right?

I didn't read the whole thread, but used the searchfunction without any success, so I ask directly: Is there any possibility to track the damage done in Phase 3? WWS etc don't show it up, so I don't know any possibilty to watch out the "bad dragoncontrollers", who still can not do damage the right way

When i play Mut i use Natur cast just to make it dummy proof, other that i use Power Aura to monitor SnD.

That build doesnt make much sense in my opinion.
First of all, the question would be what kind of PvP you are referring too. If you just want to have some fun in battlegrounds or want to perform good in Wintergrasp that is a different thing then playing arena. If playing arena is your goal, the question would be in what bracket you plan to fight and if at least one of your partners will be a caster who relies on a hogh crit rating. Only then taking Focus Magic would make much sense for a pvp-spec.

You put one point into Playing with Fire. That is mostly a PvE-Talent and doesnt do much for PvP: The one percent extra damage won't change much in short-timed PvP-battles while you also take one more percent extra damage yourself. If that trade makes sense outside a raid-environment I don't know.

And you did not skill Arcane Fortidude, which surely isn't necessary but might be more important in certain pvp-situations then Arcane Concentration.

Happy to be corrected by others who have a different view on this.

I've been struggling to reach 1750 closes so far (1746ish) so I've been trying to squeeze some more out of my mage and I am focusing on haste atm.. yesterday I reached 476 (14.52%) haste and am still working on picking up the titan-steel salv helm for 44 more haste the T7 shoulders and the haste back when I reach 1750.. but when should I stop stacking haste? and when should I start swapping back my PvP items / gems for more resil stam etc?

I current have tons of gear knocking around full hateful, deadly chest, T7.5 chest, legs, T7 chest, legs, gloves, all the badge loot and heroic items, all deadly items aside from back. titan-steel boots hit and haste, titan-steel helm hit, WG trinket etc etc

Basically then how much haste is an ideal / perfect amount to have? eg? enough haste to get 2 frostbolt on a deep freeze? enough to get 1.5 FB with IV? I've stacked 476+ haste and I could push it to about 500+ but I'm gradually losing HP, RESIL, SPELLPOWER and CRIT.

looking to respec to Arcane Mage just want to make sure i'm right ..

the MAin rotation:
AB AB ([Missbarr] or AB AM)

and During the AP :
AB x 3 and Missabarr if pop

my question is When should i use the PoM ?? and Should i use the ICY Vein with AP ??
and also .. should i use Abarr more or ??

What Hit do i need for Arcane and also haste and crit for this spec ..

and confirm i should still looking for Hit cap> SP > Crit > Haste or Haste > crit ??

can anyone give me more hint ??

Survival is currently top dps for hunters, will that remain the same in 3.1 or will BM or MM be outputting better dps? Is survival getting nerfed or buffed and by how much. Compared to the other classes i am always in the top 3 of the damage meters as a SV hunter, will I be able to maintain that position in 3.1 or are other dps/caster classes getting buffs that I won't be able to compete with?

I do not know if any of these questions can be answered since 3.1 isn't out, but does anyone plan on making a new thread when 3.1 comes out for the best builds for DPS?

I tried searching the forums for what rotation will be most effective in 3.1 but there is too much information to siphon through.

I find this to be one of the best addons for BG's and Arena. It will announce what was grouned how much dmg was avoided, shields that drop, what spells you EarthShocked ect... Its a must have for Arena.

Improved Scorch now also Increases your chance to critically hit with Scorch by an additional 3/6/9%.

A 9% greater chance to crit on a spell we only cast when we absolutly have to, brilliant...still won't be able to use it effectively unless you glyph for it thus losing the shiny new living bomb glyph which will lower our dps even further. Which either way is still below a destruction locks dps thus we don't get to spec out of it yay for zero sum?

I always start out with the following:

SB
Haunt
UA
Immo
CoA
Corr
SL

Then prio is (for me):
Haunt
UA
Immo
CoA
SL

and SB as filler

Corr should stay up due to haunt...

At 25% I stop doing SB and do drain soul and only cast SB if NF procs. I might be off here but it has worked pretty good for me.

i have and 80 rogue semi noob played pre bc now that im back into it it seems harder to get my rotation down your more than welcome to armory me sodapop on deathwing server im speced as mut. but i cant get my dps any higher that 1700 on a good day this makes it harder to gear up beacuse i get kicked like a scrub from any group i attend unless w/ guild thank god my guild is cool and they dont kick me lol please shoot me some pointers and tips

you could do proper enchants on your head, shoulders, chest, wrist
check your gems: no need to put crit gems in, when your lacking expertise
swap your weapons: faster one MH in your case, or try do get another fast one for your MH

last, but not least: check the pocket guide for info about gemming, rotation and enchants.
