Hello,

This is just a mild question about the Razorgore encounter to those that have beaten it many times. For the past couple weeks my guild has downed the eggs with more and more people alive each time. Right now we finish off all the eggs with roughly 20 people left, then we have about 25-28 with combat rezzes. My question is what advice would you give from transitioning between the eggs and the actual Razor killing? We really don't feel like we're being the most effective with agro management, due to Razor switching targets several times, or it taking a while to get Razor under control.

It may also be bad luck, like tonight for example the MT was conflagged 6 times in a row, each conflag hit him only 3 secs after the last one ended. Healers had to heal him through it, caught agro, we lost a couple healers, rinse, repeat, and we're gone.

Anyways, hopefully someone could just share a few quick words regarding the transition. We're not looking for a full strategy, we've actually developed our current strategy all on our own. Nothing less than hundreds of hours of hard work will satisfy us in the end. We've been working at this bloody encounter since the zone was released and besides the first day (lag-tastic) we haven't been able to progress past Razorgore. We can clear all of MC in 1 night, but this has caught us by the ankles and now we just need to fine tune our strategy a little more.

Thanks so much & keep on rocking,

Gorsto

I think the best advice that can be given for BWL, not just Razorgore but any boss, is to rethink the whole MAIN tank idea.

I hope this doesnt give away too much :P

I think you didn't put your SECONDARY point across hard enough Alsandar.

I think there are MULTIPLE answers to your question, but I can't be sure until you give more specifics.

There is MORE than ONE way to peel an onion.

You know, I'm one of those people who play one of the more lame and easy-to-kill-with PvP classes.

Onions have layers.
