Am i the only one who reads that as "perhaps northrend will be unlocked a little earlier than it was in TBC because russian time is two hours before CET"?

Probably not, as that seems to be exactly what was written?

The Russian edition is part of the regular EU version though (including German, French and Spanish editions), so if they choose to launch 'at the earliest midnight', then they probably do have to enable Northrend on the whole EU region at the same time.

Although I suppose that for the majority of people it would not really matter, as I don't think many actually will be able to get their hands on a box before midnight CET?
