Fruits are your best choice here. With enough fruits, you can get a 10 stamina buff just as if you had lvl 300 cooking. With enough fruits, you can recover 1000-1400 life and 400-460 mana every minutes, and it does not share the CD with your other potions, stones or crystals. With enough fruits, a skillful MT can save the raid whenever your healers having a lag or your got an unlucky critical hit. Also, with enough fruits, you will be much tougher in 1 on 1 or small scale pvp.
