2T7 and affliction in 3.1

Now that UA and Imm cannot be cast together anymore, any chance Blizzard will allow 2T7 to proc off UA so affliction is not the only lock build with half the proc chance on 2T7? I've submitted it as a suggestion PTR, but I'm wondering how others feel about this.

Despite what the tooltip says, the 2pc T7 bonus is triggered by CoA, drains, hellfire ..etc so affliction is not going to be left with half the proc chance. I dont think this requires a separate topic anyway.

Last I heard 2T7 is bugged and proccs off almost anything. I don't recall hearing that this has been fixed anywhere. In any case, it would be a small DPS loss that is probably not worth discussing.
