on a related note. The Scarlet Crusade tabard is not as likely to drop as I had been led to believe. After 6 runs at Herod, I've only gotten 1 drop.

Honestly, I'd prefer the Scarlet Crusade tabard drop rate is even lower than it currently is, there's already a bunch of people running around with them; I got mine on my third run.

Typically, people who post pointless threads are summarily banned; especially when they fully expect that the thread in question will get shit heaped. So do I trash this or do I let it run?

4 runs and nothing. 3 dropped on the 5th run.

A guildmate of mine did ~18 runs. Another did around 11. And yet another got it his first try. <_<

It took me about 10 runs to get my Scarlet Tabard. The runs went pretty quickly aside from the lockout on continuously reseting the instance. How many instance resets are you allotted per hour, 5 or so?

Two of my guildies ended up clearing pretty much the entire instance, because they didn't know the goods were from the trash zerg after Herod. However, after making it to Herod for their first time they each found a tabard from the zerg. Their ignorance of the drop location made them put in decent effort, but technically it was a single Herod kill for two tabards.

The droprate can't be all that ridiculous, I'm already seeing quite a few tabards floating around.

I know a hunter who did 25 Herod runs with no Scarlet Tabard drop. It must be his loot seed!

As a Holy Disc (not smite build) priest, I actually can't solo Herod :gonk:

I've tried for over 15 runs now using my Girlfriend's Resto/Enh shaman and still nothing. I was also disappointed to find out that killing the adds with magma totem doesn't work. The magma totem gets the kill credit and all the bodies despawn. :(
