Now I know you are not a "recruiting guild" but EVERYONE makes some exceptions when the circumstances are correct. I am currently the Shaman class leader in my guild and am looking for a new home. Now I know you think I am deserting my guild HOWEVER. It is not me, my guild will be splitting to various different servers come server transfer and the players in my guild are about 90% of the people I like on my server. So I am really not deserting them but being forced to find a new place and I hate the rest of the people on my server. Now as you see I am fairly well geared, I have the time to play and I love to farm. I have 2 other 60's that I now just use for professiong. I have 300 miner//skinner(Gramps), 300 herbalism//alchemy(Judiner//Has most of the rare recipes) and finally 300 tailor//enchanter(Nevets//Has all reputation recipes and all but a few AQ20 recipes). I have all four PVP Epic Battlemounts. I have 3 Non-PVP Epic mounts. And I have never bought gold a day in my life. I simple love to play wow and farm/raid/pvp. Now once again I realize you dont recruit, but could you take into conciderationg the benefit of a loser nerd such as myself who has nothing better to do in his life but farm digital stuff to give to his guild!!

Im not in EJ but lets take a crack at this, as someone in a high end guilds whats important - FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS.

You already failed at that by posting the thread. You even knew not to post this and still did >_>

We honestly do not need new people, we currently have 158 accounts and 341 characters in the guild. We have enough people in every single class to fill 2 or 3 raids, if we are missing a particular class and need it desperately it's as simple as asking someone to log onto one of their MC/BWL/ZG geared alts and come fill the role. Someone gets bored of their class? Fine, there are plenty of folks who will switch around - hell, we've had Shamans switch to Hunters (sup Gonktarget), Hunters switch to Druids (hey there, Hiccup), Rogues switch to Warlocks (how's it going, Anzha?) - and so on. Someone quits? Hey, we have 157 other players around to fill their slot.

Secondly, why on earth would a guild recruit based upon a paragraph posted on their forums when instead they could recruit from a decent number of people already on the server that have been playing with members of the guild for months/years? I'm sure there are exceptions made for guilds like ours, but they are certainly not made for people who post recruitment threads in forums where there are stickied threads specifically stating that we do not want recruits.

Ok understandable about the alts fair enough. About taking people who post on the forums, I am sure you havent played with everyone on the server. That however does not mean you have the best(if yall even think you do, I dont know) or that the people you dont know arent good or arent nice/cool people to talk to/"hang out with"/play end game and pvp content with.

Also I have all AQ20 books, ZG Exhalted shoulder enchant and ZG head and legs enchant.
NR: 175 with great stats still
FR: 150 with great stats still
SR: 125 with great stats still
FrR: 135 with great stats still

Seriously, did you read the thread on recruitment?

Did you then procede to craft a post with every single point that was made about what wouldn't impress in the app?

You're willing to screw over your current guild and re-roll here - I mean really, please, even if we were openly recruiting ever single class in unlimited numbers and were willing to run you through every single raid zone to get you decked out in what you have now, I'd still make it my personal goal to not let you in the guild.

Loyalty counts for a lot and you've just proven why we don't recruit.

Honestly, your gear, your resists, your experience are meaningless; we have all of those readily attainable. Nobody cares that you have a sulfuras, my alt has one of those. Nobody cares that you ground to warlord or have a bunch of PvP mounts. I didn't mean to imply that you aren't a nice/decent fellow, but really, we do not want you nor any other person who posts a recruitment thread. I'm sorry that your guild is breaking up, but you should find a guild with people you enjoy playing with rather than picking a big name Horde guild and posting an application on their forums.

Edit: Please don't make yourself look like an ass by arguing against a policy that will not change, we are not going to recruit you, you are not going to get a chance. I wish you luck in finding a guild, but it's not going to be this one.

So let me get this straight me telling you my accomplishments and how I do not willingly want to leave my current guild does not impress ok how bout this I will d/e all my epics and gear and start ALL over(minus the leveling). That impress you that I have nothing now?

I tried to be nice and explain why you aren't wanted, but you insist on arguing against a policy that will not change for you. You are not wanted. You will never be wanted.
