The solution:

With the new announcement of the new Xpac being released and the guild leveling, we at F2W are looking to expand our roster, by well ALOT.

Requirements? Mentioned above. Also, stay active on the website whether your raiding or not, and become part of our community regardless of raiding status.

Why? Because we are one of the last strongholds of experienced raiders. We would like to grow that base for our off time and grow our community. We want people no matter their availability who have been playing this game for a long while to stay with us and enrich our experience.

That being said, we know that with an Xpac alot of situations change.

We are looking for people for the LONG haul. Not just for ULD or ToC. We are ALREADY looking at the Cataclysm xpac and getting ready for it.

We have been around for over a year and most of our players played in 1.0. With the importance of the guild in the new Xpac, who do you want to throw your long term hat with? Raiders who have been doing it for five years, or some less experienced? Where will your wow guild be in 1 year? 2 years? even 5 more years? And how experienced will that player base be? Ours will have 10 years of raiding time under its belt...

Our leadership is shared, we don't have just Chastitee doing everything we all make decisions together and a LOT of the time that includes the bulk of the guild, Veterans.

Like our home page says we are looking down the road, 5 years from now. Where are you going to be? In a guild of Naxxtards that don't know what to do, that have never played an MMO let alone an RPG?

We are building a community.

Cataclysm is going to let us branch out into new realms we are not familiar with such as PVP.

So, if you are a PVPer that enjoys RPG and MMO experiences and are looking ahead to Cataclysm, apermanent home and beyond, come give us a look.

If you used to be a hardcore raider that did server or even world first attempts, come give us a look. We have set up a Social Rank that allows players to raid not just organized 10 mans but to also get in on our bench for 25 man raids and possible DKP.

We were the hardest of the hardcore and know our classes and know the game and know that gear means absolutely nothing and that it is all execution of strategy. If you understand and champion that philosophy then come join us.

You cant expect to get the best loot in Ulduar or Toc in our 25 mans, but you can damn well count on getting into a 25 man Ulduar raid if we need people and you are a Social Raider on our bench and a proven competent player.

We are not looking for Casual either. We are looking for Social Raiders. A new moniker for hardcore mofos that come in, execute, and get out. Old School players with deadly skills and deep strategy pools. New players with a hunger for competence, understanding and success.

This guild is what you make of it. What you put in is what you get out.

We are no bull @#@% competent adults that share a common passion and don't tolerate drama or ignorance. We have standards that are high and a system where you basically become peers with your fellow Guildmates and Officers.
