can someone tell me why my dps is always 2k to 2.5k. i cant increase my dps and my gear is pretty good

As a ret paladin, your best tree is probably Retribution.

Well, you're not gemmed for str. YOu have hit gems, although you're well, well over hit capped. You should gem pure str in everything, except for whatever you need for your meta gem requirement, and of course your nightmares tear. Don't worry about the socket bonus. You can put a red gem in a yellow slot, you just won't get the bonus.

Your expertise is at 4. If you use the glyph of vengance, you will gain 10 expertise everytime you use SoV. Also, in your holy tree if you put 5 points into SoP, that will gain 15 percent, I believe, on your SoV.

Titan-forged rune of cruelty sucks. Get rid of it. You have Every Man for Himself, and they share the proc, so the only thing you're getting is the crit chance.

Just those things will help you out a lot. You're missing at least 90 str from your gems (can non-JC still socket JC gems?) that alone will up your dps a decent amount. Also, use the libram of valiance. You can get it with badges and it's badass. It has a 97% up time.
