They're moving tactical mastery from Arms to Protection, which seems to help protection tanks, but may partially gimp the dps warriors.

Rampage looks pretty solid: +200AP every 3mns seems pretty efficient. Endless rage at a first glance seems like it could combo very well with execute spam. Blood Frenzy + Endless Rage + Recklessness + Execute spam = a lot of damage (and aggro).

I'm a little disappointed Vitality is a tier 8 ability, but an added 10% stamina from talents, on paper, looks to be amazing. Devastate also looks to be very effective. I enjoy the fact that Last Stand now no longer requires you to dump points in Improved Bloodrage as well.

So, does Rampage outdo Endless Rage? the fact that it's a 3mn cooldown and lasts for 30 seconds looks like could provide a lot more sustained dps than a 5mn cooldown 10second burst dps.
