Considering blizzard is changing equip bonuses to be bonuses to "crit value", "hit value", rather than just straight percentage bonuses to crit/hit/etc, I'd say it's pretty safe to assume fake ;)

Nice 3 set bonus on "Beserker's" Battlegear - I hope all your critical strikes" will be "succussful"

Also, a legendary bow that "decreases your attack speed by 10%." Nice of them to put some stinkers in there so as to make these seem less fake.

Don't forget about the ilvl 133 blue cloak that's better than the one Sapphiron drops.

I am 100% sure they are fake - apart from the shocking wording, you can see behind it that its something like WoWEquip. Unless they have totally changed Paperdoll Screen in the Alpha, which I doubt. But it sure looks like WoWEquip to me.
