All the screenshots from BC seem to show something along the lines of "Increases Critical Strike Rating by 15." Anyone know the exact calculations as to how this work and what exactly this is? I think it's something like at level 60, 10 crit raiting would equal 1% crit, and at level 70 that might only be .75% crit. Does anyone know exactly how this works?
