Imagine a dual-wield Shaman at level 70 with a 0, 33, 28 build using these weapons.

Hammer of the Twisting Nether (8 stam, 11 int, 8 mana/5, 238 healing) w/+55 healing in MH.
Scepter of the False Prophet (10 stam, 19 int, 3 mana/5, 187 healing) w/+55 healing in OH.

I realize you'd miss out on tier 7+ talents and Mana Tide. However, as a hybrid build, that combination made possible by the new dual-wield talents seems really disgusting. Of course, you'd rarely seem somebody running around with these two weapons, but it seems pretty amazing to me.

Edit: That is +535 healing from two weapons, BTW.

Too crazy for one man to handle imo. In all honesty though, that is the best possible combination for that set up in the game so yea, it should be crazy.
