Malan : Unless there is some other mechanic of berserking (like I completely forgot about on hakkar >< )past the 5 minute immiment doom spam, my theory is that its possible to outheal it using self heals.

So you think you can out heal over 1000Dps on the panther boss with Imp Leader of the pack? How, exactly?

At doom 7 the dooms begin to spam every 15 seconds. That's the enrage.

edit - dunno if I'm being the wet blanket here, but to me this seems just as bad as speculating about "ideal raid setup" at lvl 70.

I'm under the opinion that 40 rogues could currently lay waste to broodlord. Stealthing to him is trivial, just get there evasion tank him and down him in what 90 seconds tops? Use a couple fire prot pots and the fight would be trivial.

That was the enrage I was referring to. Spamming it every 15 seconds is only 170dps coming in.

(in retrospect my use of only in this instance may be a bit off :p )

Simple. I should have added Panther boss to the list I wasn't sure on :p Do you have a rough estimate on how much hp they have? I'm betting a pair or trio of mages would probably make quick work of the panthers. Also these are, admittedly, guesses. I messed up forgetting the spawn rate of panthers. As for how a mage would get there without mob aggro it'd probably involve blink, invisibility, invisibility potions and stupid amounts of luck. Alternately my ZG theories could be flawed. That's always a possibility.

A discussion like this could be interesting in theory, but you simply lack the necessary understanding of many of these fights and certainly of the mechanics involved as they play out at level 70.
