Hmm im wearing HoJ (+2% on extra attack) and im using AQR & Maladath with swordspecc (+5%).
Now i just recorded a bit when farming and got these results with procwatch :

Event : extra attack

Hits : 9118
Procs: 862
Hits/Proc: 10.5
So basically a procrate of about 9.5 % to get an extra attack.

Shouldnt it be about 7 % ?

I've never used Procwatch, but HoJ and Sword Spec can both proc off of specials, last I checked. If "Hits" there is "White Hits", but "Procs" is "Procs from ALL attacks", then the procrate will be higher than you'd expect.

yea it probably has to do with the fact that you can get procs off of procs.

hmm just checked and procwatch really seems to count only white hits … but other procs can proc off yellows hits aswell afaik so … this mod is kinda bullshit (somehow expected a bit more of gello) …
