Tonight my Guild (Horde) plans to clear the Abomination Wing in Naxx. Prior to 2.0 Patchwerk was a major road block, often taking the entire night to kill and too many comsumables to mention to get through.

How has this fight changed since the patch? Does the fight still require the same amount of consumables? Have healing strategies changed (eg. are Druids stacking HoTs in ToL form now)?

Any thoughts/experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Treat the fight as if you're learning him all over again. Best advice I can give.
