Using a [Libram of Mending], perchance? As soon as I got mine I noticed that you can have the Libram's 30 sec buff OR the [Pendant of the Violet Eye] click buff running. If you have Grace of the Naaru you get no buffs stacking from click of Pendant. None.
This made me retire my Pendant. I'm torn between using my [Vial of the Sunwell] or my [Sextant of Unstable Currents]. Been testing both.

The instant cast 2k heal is very good for a paladin since we really lack something like that, unless you're into destroying your mana with stupid shocks. The MP5 equivalent you gain from 40 spell crit is less than the vial, but then you'll get higher heal per second, so i would say, if you're not ooming in your fights take the sextant, otherwise take the vial.

Personally, I've never been a fan of the clicky +healing trinkets, like Essence of the Martyr. There are certainly times where I could use the burst healing, but predicting them far enough ahead of time to click the trinket is difficult, and I find that I appreciate mana regen or flexibility a little more. Am I missing a brilliant use of these?

Set up two action bars that are identical except that one of them has all its healing spells downranked by one. Set a macro for your clicky +healing trinket that switches to the lower ranking action bar. You can also set up [actionbar] qualifiers on your click-casting mods. Make a hotkey for reverting.
By doing this, you've effectively converted burst healing into reduced mana cost.

Hmm, didn't seen [Battlemaster's Alacrity] and [Battlemaster's Depravity] discussed much, wondering if it's viable options for holy paladin over [Battlemaster's Perseverance]

My guild is in the footsteps of SW and I am confused as to which trinkets are good for Sunwell. I have tried 10+ times to get Vial of the Sunwell but it has not dropped. Suggestions?
I currently have:
Pendant of the Violet Eye
Tome of Diabolic Remedy
Ashtongue Talisman of Zeal
Essence of the Martyr
Scarab of the Infinite Cycle
Battlemaster's Alacrity

Depends on the boss and whether you're in a spriest group or not.
If you're in a spriest group I'd use Battlemaster's Alacrity/Scarab of the Infinite Cycle, if you're not in a spriest group probably Tome of Diabolic Remedy/Scarab of the Infinite Cycle

Never use Ashtongue, its only use is to get 30 dps when judging Seals.
I prefer Essence over Scarab, because Scarab's proc never happened for me when it would have been useful.

Why on earth did they make the Use effect channeled, ew.

I haven't the slightest idea why they'd make it channeled, since so far I haven't found a fight in SWP where I'd be able to use the effect without feeling like I'm risking killing a tank or having it disrupted by aoe damage anyways (felmyst aside, but mana has never been a problem for me there anyways).
I guess they wanted to let you feel like a mage/allow taurens to evocate?

The thing about [Glimmering Naaru Sliver] is that the use effect is affected by spell haste. So therefore, if you have a lot of spell haste in your set (IE Sunwell shamans), this makes it slightly more realistic. Especially since said haste-stackers would be lacking healing as well as regen, so it may actually make it quite desirable.
