I can’t say that I have followed these forums for a long time and with that said I can’t be 100% sure I’ve posted this right or if there already is a topic discussing the matter.
Take a look at the following combat log:
3/16 00:33:01.546 You gain 10 Rage from Bloodrage.
3/16 00:33:01.750 You gain Bloodrage.
3/16 00:33:02.328 You gain 1 Rage from Bloodrage.
3/16 00:33:02.906 You gain Shield Block.
3/16 00:33:03.343 You gain 1 Rage from Bloodrage.
3/16 00:33:04.437 You crit Windyreed Wretch for 279.
3/16 00:33:04.437 You gain 1 Rage from Bloodrage.
3/16 00:33:04.671 Windyreed Wretch attacks. You dodge.
3/16 00:33:05.343 You gain 1 Rage from Bloodrage.
3/16 00:33:06.109 You hit Windyreed Wretch for 157.
3/16 00:33:06.437 You gain 1 Rage from Bloodrage.
3/16 00:33:06.703 Windyreed Wretch attacks. You dodge.
3/16 00:33:06.968 Windyreed Wretch 's Disease Touch hits you for 62 Shadow damage.
3/16 00:33:07.421 You gain 1 Rage from Bloodrage.
3/16 00:33:07.671 You hit Windyreed Wretch for 142.
3/16 00:33:08.500 You gain 1 Rage from Bloodrage.
3/16 00:33:08.859 Shield Block fades from you.
This combat log was maid vs lvl 64 mob in nagrand with 25.02% block, 17.35% dodge and 17.73% parry. And add to that shield block (+75%block) then I end up with 100.02% block.
So I’am asking you for you opinion about this either wow prioritizes dodge/parry over block. Or the tables are working another way.
