Im an affliction lock, 45-5-11, my armory is linked in my profile for specifics and current pve gear. Im currently wondering if anyone has ran tests concerning the raw stats of spellstrike hood filled with 9 dmg gems compared to the voidheart crown with the %50 reduced spellcast proc. Im terrible with numbers so apologies if there is an easy "theorycraft" way to compare, but was wondering if anyone had actual tests they have ran themselves. According to recap my % dmg from shadowbolt is right at %35, and since the meta proccing off everything from dots to fel armor it does add a lot of added damage into the rotation. I was just curious if what it adds overcomes the raw stats of spellstrike.
